Appreciated front desk taking into consideration that I was a solo traveler and consciously placed me in a more secured area!

We had 2 rooms side by side. 8 of us total. The rooms were comfortable and the the cleaning staff were extremely nice and helpful. Vacation weekend to float the local river and to visit Hot Springs. We will definitely stay again in future.

The breakfast, it states breakfast included. There's no breakfast at all.

Used wet washcloth in bathroom when we arrived. It was late and I was already undressed when I found it, so I didn’t contact the office. There was only one hand/face towel for two people. The tissue box contained exactly three tissues upon arrival. I used all of them the first night. The box was still empty when we returned late the second night. The floor was sticky, I presumed from the humidity; however, I didn’t notice sticky floors in restaurants and shops in the area. The room did not smell like smoke, but there were cigarette burns on the bedcover. Breakfast offerings poor, nothing hot, so we went out for breakfast. I will not stay here again.

The door locks didn't work, one lock was missing, the coffee pot had not been cleaned and there was water on the bathroom floor. We also had flies in the room all night.

Only issue was creaking bed frame when first sitting on bed

The floors in my first room were filthy, dead insects by the entrance. There was a stain (looked like blood) on a bed pillow cover. The hotel needs lots of maintenance and proper upkeep.

The employees (or owners I believe) were the rudest people. Check out is at 11am, but they began asking us when were leaving at 8:30am. We work late hours and planned to leave just before 11am. They came to our door before 11am several times. They even walked in the room and tried to take the bed sheets off while my kids were sitting on the bed watching TV. I was shocked. When we left the room at 11am, they immediately went in and began complaining that we had left trash (in the trash can, we had picked up the room). The woman was throwing her hands in the air and yelling, pointing to the bag of trash taken from the trash can. Dirty rooms, despite being recently remodeled. The "remodeled" shower had gross/messy caulking and the fixtures were not properly attached. There were wads of someone's hair and dead flies all over the room. Our room was non-smoking but we could smell cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom vents. The pool was supposed to open at 11am (so you cannot swim before you check out) but even then, they were late opening it the days were there.

Everything was perfect nice and quiet and peaceful.

The staff and their family were wonderful! We went to see the eclipse, and the children brought everyone free bottles of water and free eclipse-viewing glasses. They were so sweet! The one problem that I thought needed to be taken care of pronto is that the shower is plumbed backwards: turning on the hot setting gives you cold water and turning on the cold setting gives you hot water. Someone could get accidentally scalded that way. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Very poor attempt to remodel. Must have used rookies. Tile was very dirty (especially in bathroom)-I wouldn't put my feet on the floor. Baseboards were grungy with dirty mop water. Grout had massive imbedded and loose dirt. Many outlets did not work. Hairdryer did not work. Light fixtures were chrome and very rusted-didn't want to touch them. Shower soap dish is taped to the wall with silver duct tape. Minimal breakfast items available-yogurt was expired by 3 weeks. Found bugs in my suitcase when I got home. Would not have stayed if the prepay had been refundable. Front desk is friendly but can't do much. There is probably more but I can't remember and didn't take pix since I tried to spend the least amount of time in the room. Never again. I expected better from Wyndham!

room didn't get cleaned the first night and i had to go to font desk and get some towels for the next morning and the next night only got one towel and there was 2 of us.

I would never stay there again. What’s on the internet is not what u get. The old lady act like she didn’t know nothing and told us we couldn’t get our money back, the locks on the door was broken, it smells like cigarettes and it was cigarettes in the toilet. The shower was broken as well as we couldn’t watch tv but 5 channels. It was a small grill in front of our door and it looks like a truck stop we had to sleep with a chair behind the door. And the attitude from the old lady was 🙄 never in my life would I stay there with my family

The property is really old and needed to be remodeled about 15 years ago. The rooms are acceptable but not very clean. Front desk lady was very nice. If I was traveling with my family I would not recommend it.

Very run down. It's a motel. Not a hotel. Very very low end quality. Staff were great though.

It was a very comfortable atmosphere. I ended up staying three nights. The beds are comfortable and up-to-date. Modern decor. Has a great continental breakfast. The staff is friendly from housekeeping all the way to the front desk. I highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Room was dirty, paint pealing, light broken, shelf in bathroom falling apart. Bed and sink area was clean. Breakfast was very skimpy, not much to brag about.
