We stopped for one night on a longer trip. Hotel very conveniently located. Easy to get to with ample parking for our truck pulling a trailer. Downtown Murphy is great. Hotel is in great shape, clean and comfortable.

My room was never vacuumed. Around the base boards dirty around the platform bed was bits of debris. Bathroom ok. No maid service or fresh towels on Sunday. Remote for TV hard to navigate. Night desk clerk had no clue and the only one there at night For the price was not first class

Staff disconnected tv 4 hours before check out and began trying to clean the room. Very rude.

Nice clean room. Bed was acceptable. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. TV was very limited and remote was at times a mystery. Hilton must now own Hampton. WiFi is free only for Hilton members. While. you can join Hilton for free, they demand way way too much personal info which is a great liability for Hampton guests. No WiFi is a deal killer for me in the future.

Thought this was a pretty friendly facility when I made the reservation. When I got there there was no one at the desk, but a sign that said so let's. I waited 10 minutes and no one showed up at the desk, so left. So very disappointed and will never book with this facility again.

The staff was super friendly and spoke to us everyday! Lisa the day manager and Linda at night. Our 9lb dog enjoyed all the attention too. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and there was a variety each day, such as omelets, cheese eggs, sausage, muffins, biscuits and gravy, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, and all so delicious. Even the coffee was good. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend Hampton Inn in Murphy.

My problem is with expedia not the hampton inn ! I reserved my room through expedia to get a discount when i checked in hampton employee said that room wasnt avaliable and i had to pay 40 extra dollars , no reason to reserve through expedia if not able to get the room then i cant get in touch with expedia to complain

Nice and clean, the bed is very comfortable, and it is blissfully quiet after a long day on the road. The woman at the desk, Linda, was awesome- super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We would stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The Continental breakfast was very good. I would stay here again. We were missing the decanter for the coffee maker. It would have been nice to have had 2 bars of soap instead of one in the bathroom.

Very clean, very nice. Beautiful Hotel. Nice continental breakfast. Beautiful seating area with fireplace upon entry. Friendly staff. Drinks, water, soft drinks offered upon entry, easy check in. Nice spaceous room with spaceous bathroom. Plenty of Shampoo, conditioner, body wash in shower and lotion in bathroom. Ironing board, hair dryer, mono fridge and microwave. Name with welcome programmed into t.v., charging station. I was very pleased with my stay

The bad, my TV was broken, and did not get compensated for that lady at the desk said she would let the manager know.2nd night was better they gave me another room with a TV that worked.

We liked everything except we had to wait a half hour for someone to come to the front desk. There was nobody around. We were about to leave when finally a young lady came from around the corner and assisted us. We had tried calling, but there was no answer twice.
