Our Labor Day plans got cancelled last minute and we were able to book a 1BR unit here. Staff are friendly and helpful and we took full advantage of the sauna, hot tub, jacuzzi, and Indoor and outdoor pools - and played lots of ping pong! Unit was clean well appointed, a bit dated (80s rose and oak furniture) but in good condition. Excellent water pressure in shower. Loved our little back deck. Stayed 3 nights, extremely happy and would come back again.

This place is decent. We stay a lot. My only complaint is the sofa is fairly uncomfortable. We've stayed in many units but it's always the same. I realize a lot people come and go and it's also a timeshare, but we stay at places all over northern nh and most of them have very comfortable furniture for 200.00 a night. It's centrally located between the lakes and mountains, is close to grocery stores and restaurants. It's in a residential area so it's quiet. The people that work there are great. Indoor/outdoor pools. Two bedroom units come with washer and dryer.

Cold Spring Resort was a very affordable, basic resort. The staff were amazing and helpful.
The only thing I would improve on is to either provide coffee/tea in the apartments or let people know that it is not available, since in my experience most resorts/hotels do offer it.

We stayed in a one bedroom unit. Older property, well maintained and super clean! New carpet and paint.
Beds and couches need upgrade. Pool area nice and clean, plenty of seating and umbrellas.
They DO NOT provide pool towels.

The Condo was clean; fresh towels were provided daily. The kitchen was complete with dishwasher, oven, microwave, dishes, pots, pans. The only complaint was the air conditioning units are not central air and did not work very well.

We always have a great time staying at Coldspring! It’s close to everything and has some great amenities (literally right next to a golf course for example!). However, the property needs an upgrade/facelift. (Our kitchen sink was leaking, the deck needs some work, and the second bedroom has no air conditioning.) But I would stay here again for sure!

Pros: location. Next to golf-course where you could do snowshoeing and cross-country skiing and sledding in the back yard. Spacious apartment with a kitchenette. Parking right in front of the apartment.
Cons: mattress was not comfortable. Not all front desk staff was masked up even though it is the law and they had sign all over the premise. Walls were thin where i could hear the neighbor’s alarm.

Staff are so great! They definitely make you feel at home super friendly and can tell you where to eat and what fun activities to do! We came for a wedding in Plymouth and had a great time.

We absolutely loved our stay. Was attending Patents Weekend at Plymouth State University. It was so convenient and a short drive to the campus. Our unit was so spacious and clean and comfortable. We went for a swim and hot tub at the indoor facility and it was great! I wish I could have stayed longer we loved it! Will definitely be back!

We took a trip to Boston and drove up and stayed here over 4th of July with our daughter & granddaughter. Were just looking for relaxation. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and we spent most of our time at the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals and we used the grills and playground. Lots of mosquitos in the woods so hiking was out. We stopped at a nearby beach and went to a flower garden while there.

We were so happy with our stay and would definitely go back! The unit was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The view overlooking the distant mountains was so beautiful. Some have mentioned the beds. We found them to be very comfortable, but they are not pillow tops, which my husband was happy for his back sake.

Spacious attached townhome within 100 yards of main clubhouse and beautiful clay tennis courts. Clubhouse has clean and crisp indoor and outdoor pools with towel service. There is also a nice arcade room and DVD library and ping pong table for the kids. We were up here for visiting day at my son's camp and for a lot less money we got a much better place to stay than most of the parents who chose another resort that shall remain nameless, but which was described as dated (as in 1950's dated)! Cold Spring let us check in very early and the unit had a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and everything else you would expect plus a wonderful screened in deck to go with the regular, outdoor deck gazing into a pine forest. There was not a single piece of paper to be found on the property and we just felt cozy, safe and secure here with our young children.

The condo was clean, well appointed with everything we needed, and comfortable. The only things we found that could use improvement were the pillows were foam and uncomfortable. A minor issue was that the paper products, like tp and kleenex were very cheap, like industrial kind. Furnishings and amenities were great, though. Peaceful view over the golf course and both pools were very popular. Would definitely stay hear again. It is a great value.

I loved the area, but finding the lodge and housing is very unorganized. There are no signs to tell you what’s where in terms of the housing units. Nor was the room what was shown when we booked the room. The tub leaked, the curtains came off the rod when you pulled them shut too far Instead of stopping at the end like they are supposed to but I fixed it. AC unit did not cool off the whole unit. Open upstairs bedroom loft was unaffected by AC. Had to use fan at night to stay cool.

Great! Condo style with two spacious bedrooms, living area, dining area, kitchenette and deck with one portion screened-in. Plenty of towels and t.p. provided. Indoor pool was warm and nice!

This is our 8th year (at least) staying at Cold Spring Resort. It is great having a whole town house/apartment instead of just reserving a hotel room. The kitchen more than suits our needs for breakfast each morning and a few lunches and dinners throughout the week. Having access to laundry is nice too. And the location is perfect as a home base for all of our day trips around the area. My kids love the pool. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

We stayed here at the beginning of August. It is a peaceful resourt with good amenities including two pools, tennis court and a games room they also offer a number of day trips. The staff are all very friendly and we're on hand at all times. The accommodation was clean and functional. The resort is located next to a golf course and we found it to be a great base for days out visiting NH.
