I like the indoor swimming pool

Everything I expected

It was a perfect summer weekend

We had a great time at hotel and water park. Lots to do for kids.

So much fun for three whole family! Would go again for a Family vacation!

For a big hotel it was very clean.We loved the pool.We had a good time.

Great little indoor waterpark! Great for a night!

Only three things not okay. Bathroom door is not easy to open and creaking loudly, sofa bed mattress is uncomfortable, and it’s too humid inside the waterpark that several times I feel like I’m going to pass out. I went to the restroom several times just to shower with cold water. All the rest are great!

Great staff that was friendly, helpful and mindful of safety at all times. A father noticed a broke bolt head on a waterslide and the staff quickly found a solution. They communicated effectively to each other in a calm manner and got the issue solved. On our departure cleaning staff was so friendly even thanking us for our stay. My go-to place for family fun under 1 roof. Seeing my 6 year daughter take the rope obstacle course to the 40 foot up top was amazing.

They stay was great until the last night. My family and myself were all relaxing for the night until a complete stranger walked into our room. The only way you can get into the rooms is with armbands. I sent a text and security came up about 15-20 minutes later with 2 new armbands and a breakfast voucher. Which i feel was a complete insult to the situation. My family and myself left at 4am today. I told the security the voucher wasnt needed. What i did not like was when i sent the text to the front desk the lady who answered the phone said that it was impossible for them to give my room code to someone else. Well if they check the cameras, they will see its very possible and it definitely did happen. The man smelled of urine because he urinated himself and the ordor stayed in our room for a while. I just dont know what else to say.

I would recommend have signs stating rooms will not be cleaned unless requested if staying more than 1 night.

Room was very dusty. Shower curtain didn’t fit as a result water got all over the floor. Blankets had stains. Bathroom vanity had previous guests eyelashes and hair still on it. Room was very humid and lighting was horrible. Lamps cords were dusty and couch/sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on. I suggest renting a room nearby and just buying day passes. Not to mention they make you pay for parking. So not worth it.

We wanted to do a water park with hotel and feel this was the best option. From the moment you get there you feel welcome. The rooms were clean same as the water park. Also it was a lot of people there but didn’t feel crowded at all. We loved it

I wish the staff explained the bundle options at check in it would've saved us a lot of money on the game wand and arcade area

I came here several times. Everything here I like except this year they start charging parking per day.

Great stay

The stay was ok my only complain i guess is no matter how clean the room is you can still smell the nasty humid smell and the water in all the pools is super merky it look dirty. But non the less my kids had a blast. And the fact that everything is so expensive.

The rooms need to be renovated. They also have a mildewy order. The lobby bathrooms smelled great but the rooms were tired, old and had an odor. I had to kill a bug when settling in the room. I was not impressed although they had great amenities for kids. The wifi was great. I had a hard time wirh check in because they said our room was cleaned but we had to wait until a supervisor looked at it and released it. I know check in was after 4 but we took a red eye flight from Cali and we were all exhausted and just wanted to lay down. I was willing to pay extra if they let us in eatlier. We waited 4 hours for them to clear our room even after a rush was put on it. We slept in the lobby but my mom was out of it and delirious so i had to wheel her in the room when they let us check in. She couldn't even walk. I wish they would have been more accomodating for us.

I was unable to check in using the kiosk as it could not identify me by email or phone number. I then had to wait in line for help with checking in. After getting a room we attempted to go to the restaurant but we did not receive any service besides getting our drinks after 20 minutes. The restaurant was not busy at all at this time. The waitress was not doing anything besides standing behind the bar and ignored my eye contact. The rooms were not what I expected. The hot water in the shower made a loud noise when turned on. The light flickered off and on. The light in the area by the couch was not working at all. The main lamp wasn't even plugged into the wall. The water park staff was friendly. The Dunkin donuts messed up the order twice food and drinks. Though not a hotel issue but a parent issue is the loud noises of kids running in the hallway well after 11:00 pm. The doors were constantly being opened and closed which were very loud due to the type of door they are. Based on the cost of lodging, dining, and entertainment I would have expected better.

The property was nice. Rooms were clean. Staff is friendly. However, we had an issue with billing. We paid for our room through Expedia, but the hotel charged us again when we checked out for out entire room and stay even after telling them we had paid. A few hours after we checked out they billed our credit card that was all file.

Main problem is the water park closes at 8. Everything costs $$$$

This hotel makes it very easy to have fun with the family. I will stay here again.

They nickel & dime the bleep out of you

What I liked was the pool area besides for the water fountain that you drink from, it looked so nasty with brown spots on it and the welcoming desk area which was helpful and the helpful Willow through text messages. What I didn't like was in no particular order, the one older male cleaning janitor who kept cussing left and right and complaining about having children is a wonderful tax credit while cussing about it to another janitor. My room had a water leak from the room above us leaking into ours, I have a photo of this one. The bathroom door for our room did not close correctly so it left a wide gap because it's on a roller and you could pretty much see the person if you really wanted to do that, which made my family pretty uncomfortable, one person just used the public bathroom the entire time. My next complaint is about our door to our room, it did not close correctly, so you had to put your body weight into it if you wanted the door to latch properly. My last complaint is about the Ben and Jerry's on location, I went to this area that wasn't busy at the time and ordered a milkshake which pretty much was just ice cream liquefied as water and no it wasn't hot inside of the hotel to make it melt the instant she handed it to me. I would not stay at this hotel again but I would use the pool area again, perhaps, unless I could locate another hotel with a pool area.

Very good time - as a couple in their 40's with fun as target mission. Mission ACCOMPLISHED. Thank you for a job well done.
