Hotel is not in the best location. Upon entering the room, we got hit with a horrible odor of smoke. We went down to complain and they told us that while we were out, they would put a machine in the room to get rid of the smell. When we were leaving, they then made up an excuse for not being able to provide the machine and only other option was switching rooms. We decided to stay since it was only one night and we had already settled in. That night we hardly slept and I ended up with a migraine due to the smell! Definitely not worth what we paid!

First, I loved how comfortable n clean the hotel was. I was shocked though how far it was from the city. I was looking forward to staying right in the city centre n stroll around but this hotel was way out there n it’s quite a hike to the city. Apart from a nice small grocery shops, there’s nothing to do nearby

Wonderful room, great staff, exceptionally clean. The room was beyond my expectations. Very large and almost brand new. Only issue is that it was further from Pamplona center than I hoped. My own fault probably for not locating on the map. But a great stay nonetheless.

Arrived at 9:30 in the evening after long trip up from Spain en route back to the UK. We booked the room about 3hrs prior to our arrival as we were unsure how far up through France we would get. The hotel would not serve us any food even though we had to wait for the hotelier to serve meals to the seated guests before checking us in. There was nowhere else open for food so we went to bed hungry. The room was in an annex away from the main square, which was disappointing. The bedroom was ok but the bathroom was dated and only had a bath. There was a small shuttered window which had a bright light outside all night. The room has pictures of water on the wall. It would be better to have some black and white photos of Richelieu so you felt you were there rather than in a bland hotel room.

Hard to find accommodation at a reasonable price in August close to the centre. Mercadona supermarket 3 min walk for bread in tbe morning. Pre-pay petrol station in front. Surface parking in front free. Underground parking payable. Apartment has washing machine but no dishwasher.

Our stay was great. We were in town for the San Fermin festivals. Hotel was a short bus ride from the center of the festivities. Hotel itself was clean, very friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable. The only down side was a smell of smoke in the room from previous people. Local market on the first floor is closing/relocating but there is another one less than a block away.

The hotel was well located for a short drive into Pamplona and to get on the motorways for the surrounding area. It was clean, very spacious and modern. There were several supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Parking was limited, but we always found somewhere.
The only disappointment was the kitchen equipment. The facilities were modern and worked well, but there was virtually no equipment to cook with. There was no kettle, no saucepans, no towels / tea towels, one small frying pan. We had chosen the apartment over a hotel because of my diet and we needed to cook. We weren't there long enough to go and buy pots pans etc; so it was a bit of a waste of an excellent kitchen. Otherwise we would recommend.

The hotel is located on the edge of town and was an easy bus ride to the festival, with buses running every 15 minutes just a short walk from the hotel and dropping you adjacent to the arena. Rooms are very spacious and the full size refrigerator was great in the kitchen area. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was fantastic, very modern and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower room very large with a large shower enclosure. Although it was about 25 minutes walk from Pamplona centre it was an enjoyable walk through a large park. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The supermarket which is situated below the apartment did have a rather strong smell but the Mercadona is a short walk from the apartment. Having travelled by car it was good to have parking outside the hotel entrance which is free or you could pay for parking if there were no slots available. I would have no hesitation in recommending these apartments.

It is difficult to fault the amenitities, however, we were expecting a balcony view over the surrounding mountains, as I believed we had booked one. The room we were given was on the first floor over-looking the supermarket petrol station! We were only in the area for 3 days so changing would have been a hassle. The walk into Pamplona takes about 45 mins and is a rural and urban mix - not unattractive though. The supermarket next door to the hotel, though a surprise at first, became an added bonus. Our Sat Nat only managed to get us within 800 mtrs of the appartments and took a couple of drives around the block - the name of the appartments only appears at the very top. Yes, we would use the hotel again but would ensure that we weren't on the first floor over the car park.
