Hotel exterior condition was not good. Check in was slow. Apparently key coding machine was not working and clerk advised she would have to let us in the room if we left the room

I checked in and they told me they did not have a room for me because they were over booked! This is the 3rd time this hotel has done this to me and i know others theuy have also done this to... And I had already paid for this room the week before! Now I have to go through the hard process of getting my money back.. hotel.com cant even reach them by phone!

Did not have a comforter first night. Only a bed sheet. Had to ask for a comforter which they eventually got. Used for first night and then house keeping came in and took the comforter and did not make up the bed. WD told they did not have any left. Then they checked me out a day early and blamed hotels.com even though reservation clearly showed it was for an additional night.

The sofa bed was littered with crackers; no linens were provided until I had to ask for them; there was dried urine stains all over the toilet; the tub spigot dripped all night; wall art frames in the bathroom were cracked.

Lots of USB ports. The shower head was broken and the tub didn’t drain. Breakfast was disappointing. Out of coffee. Out of eggs. I brought it to their attention but they were taking so long I just grabbed a muffin and made coffee in the room.

Checking in was easy and quick. After getting in the room i realized there was only 1 towel for 5 people. Room was clean. There were no pillows for the pullout, but was able to go downstairs to get sheets and blankets. Asked for more towels, said they would be ready in 30m. So i left for alittle while.. when i came back they had put 3 more towels in my room. When i asked for more, they said it would be the next morning before more would be available. Breakfast was hot, but not that tasty.

When checking in we were given a room which was supposed to have been out of service d/t being worked on, so she moved us to another room, we get there and that room hadn’t even been cleaned then finally the 3rd room the bed was comfortable but the room and carpet need to be deep cleaned. The room keys wouldn’t even open the door, the lady had to let us into the room and someone had to be in the room at all times or we couldn’t get back in. My husband was ready to leave after the 2nd room move, but we had already paid and midnight!

Arrived at hotel and tried to pay with cash and told they don't take cash. Got in room and tv didn't work and cords from a lamp and a couple other devices were run through the connecting room door so we couldn't use. Changed rooms. Tv worked, but only a bath towel. Went to front desk because rooms don't have phones and was told they don't have hand towels or wash clothes. Checked out and was told they don't give receipts. They will be emailed. I had to call corporate to get an emailed receipt because i never received one from hotel.

Staff were excellent. Maintenance staff, housekeeping, hospitality; all went above and beyond. Rooms are clean. Property shows some age, issues with ice machines on 2nd and 3rd floor. Internet service was erratic and not working. Management needs to invest in this property, good workforce.

On check in the clerk had an attitude. She was not friendly at all. When i came down to check on coffee maker not in room, I told her the phone did not work. She said she could hear me,I could not hear her. She swore that they work.

Our room was filthy. Stains all over carpet and furniture, stuff dried on lamps, paint peeling on walls, disgusting bathroom and the water was BROWN!

I booked the room for 5 people. We checked in. Went inside the room, checked amenities. There’s only 1 big towel so have to go down the reception around 11pm to request for extra towels. The bed was sagging in the middle. Felt like you’re in a trampoline. The bed made a noise (creaks) whenever you move.
The toilet bowl has a hard water stain.
I wish the rooms are checked and cleaned properly before renting out.
The lady at the breakfast room was very helpful!

There were flies everywhere, my key didn’t work I had to be escorted to my room every time. Booking was made because of the pool yet it was not open and has not been open for months.

The staff was very friendly. Extremely professional. We did not have any issues at all with our room, it was the room i requested. Staff had to open our door every time because it wasnt programmed but they were very HAPPY to come unlock the door. We thank everyone that worked to make our weekend fun and enjoyable.

I has two rooms, in both the tv didn't work. In one the refrigerator also didn't work, the shelf in closet had been pulled off the wall on one side and was just dangling. We were given 1 sheet and no pillows for the sofa beds. There were places on the wall where sheetrock had been chipped away. Ice machines on both floors where we had rooms were broken down. I generally try to avoid Comfort Suites due to issues like these that I continually see in this chain.

So it’s the bare bones to get the job done. We were weary travelers just trying to make our way home and needed a spot to land, unfortunately it was pretty late and we were running out of options and I wasn’t too familiar with the area. Would probably opt for another place if we happen to be in that area again.
There wasn’t enough linens, tub/shower was in such bad shape I was afraid to go in with bare feet, stains everywhere you looked. Just very rough shape overall and I felt bad for the clerk when we came in at almost midnight, she said she was the only one there. She was INCREDIBLY kind though, did her absolute best under the circumstances.

This was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. We received a call before midnight from the front desk and the receptionist told me they were sold out and if I did not get there she would give my room away after I told her I was right up the street. When I entered the room there were stains on the carpet and the a/c was not working properly and the water did not get hot. On day two, we noticed all the towels were gone and they were not replaced. So we had to go downstairs to get towels. We also had to get the key reprogrammed several times and this happens when you have a two-day stay. Also, the parking is very tight and there is only one elevator. When using the stairs there was food on the staircase. I also had an expensive pair of shoes that came up missing as well. Avoid this hotel!

we found numerous sewer flies that were coming out of bath tub drain and bathroom floor drain, so bad we had to go to Walmart and purchase sticky fly catchers to place around the room. we captured over 30 insects in the 2 days we were there and had to manually kill most of them by hand, there were so many. no we did not tell the front desk because the lady and the cleaning crew lady was nice and polite, but thought we would get better results in the survey we are writing to. the room was nice, bed comfortable, just the flies were the problem. don't know if we will stay there again, it was not the worse, but not the best either.

Our curtains were filthy. Pillows yellow and filthy. Air conditioner so loud we barely slept. Television not Smart so we couldn’t watch anything but cable. Two towels on check in and no new ones for three days. No iron and phone was broken.
