The room we get have a non working fridge, iron board was not good, cabinet door was not working, the front door could not close so we have to move to another room. And the second room fridge was not working so we have to swap fridge. Shower door was not closing, ligh over the sink was not working and the toilet handle was coming off.

They charge for parking which I didn’t expect. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The room smelled and made my asthma act up because of it. Flies all over the eating area.

We arrived early after an overnight flight and we were able to check in straight away, which was very kind and very much appreciated. Our room was very big and spacious and clean with an enormous bed! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay for non vegans but not many options for vegans which was a shame. And everything is plastic or paper, plastic cutlery and paper cups and plates, which seems such a waste and isn't nearly as nice as eating off a proper plate and using a metal knife and fork! I had to go over the road to Walmart and buy a china cup, I hate using those plastic cups once and then throwing it away! The gym could do with a bit of a clean/vacuum! Apart from that everything was perfect and we will definitely stay again when we're in the area and would recommend it to friends!

The property was in fair condition but their key system was down they had no ability to give out room keys. I had to wait until a front desk staff member could walk me up to my room to let me in. It was very inconvenient and make me feel very safe

I liked our stay overall. The staff was super friendly and we had no major complaints. The only reason its not 5 stars is because the slot for the coffee pod was missing. I drink coffee to sleep and was looking forward to a cup before bed.

The property itself was very nice and was next to a steakhouse and across from a large Walmart. The area seemed to be popular with motorcycles and. Hot Rod vehicles on the Saturday night we stayed, making it hard to sleep. Don’t know how it would be during the week.

The front desk staff was very professional when I checked in and when I checked out, my room was nice. However, it had an odor in the room. I’m not sure if this establishment are open to having people travel with their pets, but that’s the smell that the room gave as if, there were pets in there at one point

We checked into another hotel first and the conditions were horrible. Packed our things and made a this reservation (albeit last minute). We new we could rely on this hotel to be clean and safe. Unfortunately we had to learn a tough lesson and pay for two different hotel rooms, but we slept well.

This place was perfect for a family. Clean rooms. A Walmart and Aldis directly across the street. Texas Roadhouse right next store in the same parking lot. I felt very comfortable having a drink at the restaurant next store while my teens enjoyed the pool. The front desk staff were so helpful!

Front Desk service was friendly and attentive. Main issue is that not only did I not have any towels, but there was a pile of them on the floor of my bathroom next to the toilet. Made me not want to even shower there. Rest of room was clean. Hotel is conveniently located near 1-95 and is about a 10 minute drive from downtown New Haven. Texas Roadhouse is right next door.
