Horrible. Booked our room as a 2 bed room for me and my father. Got here and only one room was available with one bed. The desk clerk said they had other rooms with 2 beds but the cleaning staff left early today and they can’t be cleaned. Paid for a double bed room and got stuck sleeping on the floor so my dad could have the bed. No waters in the room and it was dirty and the shower didn’t have hot water. How does this place have a high rating?

Nicely located small boutique hotel in Palermo Soho. The staff was incredibly helpful in making recommendations for dining and tours. Highly recommend.

The room was quite large, and the bathroom very small. It's comfortable. Breakfast was nice, they bring you eggs, pastry, ham and cheese, and you can have it in the lobby or your room. Everyone is very friendly. It was pouring rain for the two days we were there. No umbrellas available. They suggested we walk 6 blocks to a mall to find one. Other than that misstep it's a nice hotel, albeit a bit basic.

Well-situated in Palermo district, but this is NOT downtown Buenos Aires. Uber is inexpensive so going anywhere is cheap and efficient. Staff was immensely helpful. An intimate, casual but 5-star experience.

The lady managers were so helpful during my stay. I really appreciate the way they went above and beyond to assist me since I was not feeling well. Great people!

Nice boutique hotel in excellent location. Door to balcony was broken. Some renovations done, but still shows signs of dating in most areas of the hotel. No ammonites really.

The hotel is advertised as 4 stars but I would consider this hotel a 3 stars. It is small private hotel but if you are looking for a more modern and service hotel like this will not be the place.

Very cozy hotel on a quiet street in bustling Palermo Soho. Staff was extremely attentive. Breakfast is good and can be even better if you tell them what you want (way to cook eggs, what condiments you need and type of coffee). Unfortunately, there was an issue with water leaking from the shower onto the floor in the bathroom. Other than that, our stay was perfect. Rooms are big and cozy. Location is a very happening area with many great restaurants to choose from. Staff provided excellent recommendations regarding tango shows, shopping, walks, etc. and helped with getting a taxi or private car to and from airport.

Really friendly, welcoming staff. Carolina made us feel like family. They were able to accommodate an early checkin, which was amazing. Rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. The area (Palermo) is second to none.

The Glu is nestled in the heart of Palermo Soho, a very eclectic neighborhood, somewhat unkept. However, as Anthony Bourdain would have said, it is the soul of Buenos Aires. Here you find locals mixed with tourist, plenty of dining experiences and safe walks through the neighborhood. I would’ve given the property a five star rating or not for the intolerable coffee.

The staff was very attentive and polite. This is a boutique hotel so it was smaller with beautiful rooms and tucked into the neighborhood. We booked a dining experience locally that was 3 minutes away as were many great streets in the Palermo area.

My wife, 22-year old son and I recently traveled to South America during my son’s 2 week break from work. After visiting Brazil, we traveled to Buenos Aires and stayed at The Glu Hotel. My wife and I are reasonably well traveled having visited Europe, Africa, Central America, South America etc. Never have we had a better hotel experience than at The Glu Hotel. We arrived at 3:30 A.M. and were greeted at the hotel by a young man who let us in, quickly got us registered and directed us to our spacious and well appointed room. The next day, after having had fallen somewhat ill in Brazil, the wonderfully lovely Carolina at the front desk recommended 2 hospitals and I went to one, received excellent treatment and was soon getting well. Both Carolina and Hirlanda who worked the front desk never saw me again without asking, with genuine concern, about my health. They also were both extraordinarily helpful with suggestions for dining, bars and sightseeing. Never have we had the experience of such helpful and caring assistance from the many hotels at which we have stayed. I don’t know when we will be returning to Buenos Aires but whenever that is we will be staying at The Glu hotel.

I have been in hotels all over the world, and traveled extensively for over 55 years. The people operating this hotel are the nicest, friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered. It is a small hotel, only seven rooms, and I felt like I was staying with family members. Actually, they are nicer than most family members. If you do not need the trappings of a major hotel, this is a terrific choice. I commend the Hotel and it’s staff without reservation.

The staff was absolutely amazing One of the best I have experienced. Location is great and overall highly recommend
