I enjoyed my stay. Close to the beach and public transportation.

I can't fault my experience with the sea breeze. Especially the service I experienced from Alexandria she went above and beyond to make sure all our transit transfers were organised she is professional and very efficient and nothing you need is a problem. Recommend this little gem of a hotel to anyone. I will certainly return.

Overall run down and really not that nice. Rooms were old and basic. Breakfast was also the bare minimum.

A very convenient hotel for anyone using Alimos Marina. Clean, good value and perfect for an overnight stop over. A basic breakfast was included and they were happy to give us a late checkout!

Stayed here after arriving at Alimos Marina which is about a 15-20 minute walk away. Shops and cafes nearby.

Great hotel by the beach and good location to almost everything in Alimos. However, receptiom desk had some problems with their reservation system which at the end worked out fine. Would recommend.

This is not a 4 star hotel. We were greatly disappointed with this hotel. It is very old one. The bathroom had holes in the floor, the chairs had large dirty spots, the furniture was old. We even asked to upgrade the room as honestly it was disgusting (our choice was double standard room, and according to pictures it should have been a totally different room). Unfortunately, we were told that we need to wait for the next day, so the manager will come to work and see if we can take another "better" room. Breakfast was terrible, almost nothing to eat, only eggs, cereals and "expired" jams. We changed our hotel for the last day, as the hotel almost ruined our impression and excitement of the vacation and Greece.

We spent 10 days in this hotel. The room was large, clean, with a large bathroom. The bed is also large and comfortable; we also had two great comfortable armchairs and a couch. Wi-Fi ok, free. The hotel is located no more than 10 minutes from the beach. We could reach Sintagma square in almost 40 minutes by bus. The tram is perhaps faster. The entire hotel team was kind, polite, ready (and able) to help. Breakfast ok.

It was on ghe description 4star hotel, non smoking, has beach umbrellas and beds. Actually, the hotel has only 2 stars. As well, other guests was smoking everywhere and they didnt have any beach things.

Near the tram and beach so location is great ! Breakfast wasn’t up to scratch. The sheets smelled of smoke when we checked in and I had to make housekeeping change them the next day so housekeeping isn’t good. They only do what they have to do which isn’t nice.

Right mix of beach and city. Hotel had water damage needs a bit of renos. Rooms are very large and spacious. Staff are amazing. Free parking and breakfast is a plus.

Was expecting more of a 4* hotel. The bath could be better. The drain under the shower was clogged. There was no option to use the shower in “hands free” mode :) The breakfast was absolutely the same on the two mornings I spent there. The location was good though. Walking distance from the beach and public transport.

A decent hotel in a good area where marina and good restaurants are located. The hotel smells nice. Breakfast not satisfying but not bad. Rooms are big enough. wifi is not sufficient in the 3rd floor.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area and it is just a little valk to the citybus and to the beach.

Street a little noisy. Convenient location away from city centre. Good public transport nearby. Reception very friendly and helpful. Room - executive room - had a jacuzzi being only difference, no shower only handheld (which they promptly fixed), limited cupboard shelving, poor aircon for heating the room. Mattress ok ish, plastic toilet seat. Recomendation is a maybe...maybe not. Value for money is medium. Been in better for less cost.

Quiet hotel located a short walk from promenade.a handy car park at the rear. Excellent staff who go to every effort to please. Highly recommended.

I would not recommend this hotel to my friends. Main reason, room not clean.

Found this Hotel with parking close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We also discovered a great Indian Restaurant (Jaipur Palace)within a ten minute walk. Buffet breakfast was superb with several options including a hot selection. Manager (or possibly owner) was hovering during breakfast to ensure his staff kept everything in order. Room had a great film channel (in English, no Greek subtitles) showing fairly current films back to back with no commercials. TV also had a hard porn channel...OK if you're in to that but be careful if you have kids with you. Only problem we had was the aircon wasn't working. It may have been turned off for the end of season so we opened the balcony door expecting to hear a lot of traffic noise, but in fact we had a very peaceful nights sleep. I didn't complain because we were only there for one night and it wasn't really a problem.

We arrived in Athens @ 4.30 am and were greeted by a taxi that the Hotel had organised for us. He was most informative about the area and Athens. On arriving the check in was easy (24 hours) and we went straight to the room. The room was basic but very clean & comfortable...the bathroom had a Jacuzzi bath (Bonus). Breakfast later on that day was alright but basic, it needed more variety maybe some tinned grapefruit segments, prunes etc.. the hot food was minimal just Scrambled Eggs, Bacon & small Greek Sausages, became quite boring towards the end of the week. The Hotel is in a great position as a base to see the whole of the coast line (Trams, Buses & Trains at only 10 Euros each for the weeks travel). I would recommend this Hotel for anyone visiting Athens who wants both Coast & City.

We were a little disappointed with the simplicity of the hotel room, it wasnt really your typical 5 star hotel but its in line with normal Greek standards- simple, clean and not much more. The hotel staff were very friendly and we got chatting to the barman who also acted as waiter during the day. He helped us figure out our plans and was lovely to chat to. If you walk down the hill 5-10 minutes you get to a lovely beach with blue seas, blue skies, and some lovely bar/restaurants (although they aren't cheap). You also come to the tram stop. While the tram runs frequently and is cheap and pleasant to travel on, it does take 30-35 minutes to get to the city centre (the stop for the acropolis and more). We liked having the option of the beach or travelling in to Athens city centre however, and we'd stay there again.

The manager was very helpful in assisting me with directions to restaurants and things to do during my stay here.
