The first room we were given had mold on the wall and ceiling of the bedroom. The second room had poor wifi reception. Both had comfortable beds. We expected 'free breakfast' but it was only coffee, dry bread, and a few small pieces of fruit. The restaurant/reception area had good wifi but was really cold in the mornings. The location was good - only two blocks from the main central square complex.

No electrical outlets in room made for difficulty charging computer and phone. Free breakfast voucher was not explained to mean bread and coffee only, until after already eaten. Bathroom so small had to sit sideways on toilet to go. Not recommended for tall people. Staff very friendly and helpful

Old hotel and room far from description online. Bathroom was merely a black hole and I found random hairs around... the shower head was rusty, I didn't even dare taking a shower. Overpriced considered the decadent conditions of the room, traffic and every single noise to be heard.

It is the first time I leave a negative review but it deserves it. First the hotel was under renovation and we were not warned. We arrived and all the floors were being removed, you could imagine the dust and the noise as well as literally jumping from a lot of rubble to a lot of rubble towards the room. Second, the room was very small, the door was stopped by the bed when opening and there was no electricity connector in the room, there was one in the bathroom so they lent us an extension so we could charge the cell phone and video camera at the same time. Third, and this is the main reason of my bad review is that the bathroom was filthy, beyond dirty, mildew on all walls, on the toothbrush holder everywhere! (See photos) I understand this is a modest and ancient city but that has nothing to do with cleanliness. It was awful, I could not even think of taking a shower there. The good part is that I approached the reception lady and she was kind enough to offer us a room in another hotel, a few blocks away, that was from the same owner, we went to check it out and it was perfect! I will leave a positive review in that hotel. That made my experience less negative, they offered a solution, thank you.

The location was really good but that was about it. There was supposedly continental breakfast included but that was just black coffee or herbal tea with some cut up slices of bread. The service was poor. The room wasn't in great condition but the cleaners were good.

The customer service was terrible, the rooms are really small and the receptionists are not flexible with anything that you may ask for. Do not recommend it at all
