Went for a single night, staff was not friendly, specially valet parking. The room was noisy, water pipes sounded like the wall was falling apart. The blackout shades were in bad condition and wouldn't close properly. For the price paid, I expected more, not coming back

The thing I dont like it bathroon sink and shower dirty, the sheet smells no fresh (humidity ) also the send us area with dogs even we dont have pets... they say because we reserve the room on line with you ... no happy about that

The only VIP was our room floor (4) but room very small. Restaurant area was fine but short of staff, so in a full mode was insufficient also short of food overall I will not recommended.

The property is beside a highway and the only way in and out is via car. There are two shopping centres across the highway but you have to take a taxi to get there as there is no bridge to be able to walk there. They charge $280 Pesos for breakfast which is ridiculously high, given that you can have a much better breakfast else where for half the cost. We had breakfast there the first day and the quality was bad. The bread was at least a day old, they had no toast, the orange juice was an orange drink like Tang or something similar. It was bad! They take advantage because you cannot go anywhere else unless you have a car. The pools were nice but the area was extremely noisy because of the highway. They don't have enough staff working the restaurant. We stayed for six nights and on the last day, I was by the pool and asked for a menu. I was given the menu and I waited one hour, no one came by to take my order, so I left and went out for dinner. Same thing happened several time while at the outside restaurant area. The were no glasses in the room so you had nothing to rinse your teeth after brushing. They gave us a room that was the furthest from the elevator with a view of a roof and machinery. Given it was supposed to be VIP and we were staying 6 nights, you would think a better location would have been given. The room was basic. The bathtub was chipped and there was blood on one of the bathroom walls. They had construction going on in the rooms around us.

Not worth it, overpriced hotel with really poor facilities.

The property was nice all around, but one thing in my opinion was that the food was a little pricey. Everything else was good

Nice hotel. It had the amenities we were looking for. We didn’t use many of the nice perks it offers because we were out of the hotel most of the days for the entire length of our stay.

Property in some portion on construction, I come early and they did not have a room that I reserved (pool view) they put me on a corner room so noisy that I can here the people walking and the security guy with a radio all the time,
