Booking because they offer parking lot. They didn’t. More over they wanted to charge for. When a friend came to visit me they did not have my registration and denied me.

Literally the walls are fiber thin.. you could hear not just every conversation every Creek every crack from the person who sang next to you, but you could hear the people above you. You could hear the conversations three rooms down…. Talk about a lack of sleep.

I come from cold climate so it would have been nice to have better ventilation in the room. Also room was too small for a big person like myself.

A bit away from the center than i would have wanted, and definitely would have pay a bit more to stay at a better hotel, but it was worth the savings.

It was a decent hotel. But nothing was working and they offered nothing. If you just need a place to stay then it’s fine but bring your own blankets because they don’t have any

The location being near to the central plaza and cathedral is the best thing about this hotel, also it has underground parking and most importantly is pet friendly.

completly disappointed with this property, worst costumer service, property no even able to give you copy of your recieve of payment, expensive price for quality of room, please expedia check property amenities before recomend it to costumers, how come you guys give price for extra night and hotel charge different price, saying need to do extra nights thru you, how come is it posible, completly dissappointed

At about midnight for about 20 minutes a miles scent of sewer ocupes the room. Other wise, wonderful location and very friendly staff

It’s location is good. Is basic hotel, 2 towels no washcloths and one tiny bar of soap was provided . The water cooler for drinking water was empty. We had our own bottled water from trip we had to use. Parking inside of building was good the street parking is very hard to find a spot.

The place is quite nice and clean. The only issue is that we had a free breakfast and it seems the cook didnt make it that day. Other than that, everything was pretty good. Its also very close to the center of Morelia.

The hotel itself needs to be remodeled. The hallways and carpets were dirty, the room was decent. The front desk service is good, so if you dont have anywhere else to stay then Id say stay there.

Although not fancy, the hotel was perfect for my budget. 5 block walk to the center of town with a wonderful selection of restaurants and a great market with locally made arts and crafts. The staff were very knowledgeable giving directions to places we wanted to visit.

The staff cares for your confortable stay. Out of their way to make your have an excellent experience in Morelia.The internet is not very reliable and doesnt have a very long reach but that happens too in the most expensive Hotels in the city (I stayed in a different one last year ) There arent enough electric outlets. But the room is clean the breakfast excellent. You can expect clean linens but not very new.

Excellent hotel. Only 6 blocks away from Morelias famous Cathedral. The hotel offers a very ample room with a nice bathroom and daily cleaning service. The hotel also has a nice staff and a small restaurant that serves only breakfast however. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I booked two rooms at this hotel as I was traveling with a family of 4. Both rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. I loved the inner courtyard with its skylight ceiling as it provided nice light into the hotel. The location is great on the main street for churches and museums. A hefty walk to the Cathedral with two little ones in tow but well worth the walk. Some nice shopping along that street as well. A nice breakfast for 70 pesos in the morning cooked to order for us. Staff was great as I kept booking more nights. All in all a great place to stay.

Overall, it’s a good place to spend a few nights. The services are decent and the overall room was adequate for one person; though one thing to keep in mind, the locals do seem to have a bit of trouble understanding foreign visitors but nothing too major.

There was no hot water for the first two days. Lots of noise, music, and children. The noise went right through the walls making it impossible to rest. There was no tub, only a small shower. The room was tiny and hardly any daylight.
