Great location and very friendly staff

Whenever I go to Frankfurt, I always choose Adina. I always enjoy staying here but this experience was a bit bad. The cleanliness is shocking, just like the pictures! The last guest forgot to take his son! Even if he asked the counter for supplies, he couldn't provide them because he said it was his first day on the job and he didn't know!

Great place to stay with families, lean, and close to all locations

Very nice apartment with a kitchen. Apartment was a good size and location is deal, walking distance from the main train station. It was clean and neat, bathrooms were perfect also. The only part I was a little not too happy was some kind of smell in the hallways, which they could resolve with an air freshener. The front desk was extremely helpful in several ways.

Near to the center, friendly staff, unfortunately the parking is very expensive 35 per day. The window was broken otherwise nice room.

Nice and close to the old town and river. Walkable pretty much everywhere.

Room had a bad smell. Also a bit too close to the train station, which we were told was pretty dangerous.

I cannot figure out how this hotel has decent reviews. The first room stank of smoke, as if someone had been chain-smoking inside of it for a while. The front desk allowed us to move rooms, which still smelled like smoke but just not as bad as the first. As we had no other options, we kept it for the week and tried to spend as little time there as possible. The hotel itself is beat: marks on every wall, stains on the carpets, a shower with a nearly black floor. On top of this, the air-conditioning was almost non-existent in the room; maybe this wouldn't have been a huge issue at a different time of year, but in early July, it was. We paid for six nights and planned to leave on Saturday morning, but instead decided that it wasn't worth it to stay just because we had paid the money. We left a day early and went home, never to return. Complete waste of money. And now I'm trying to figure out how anyone else thinks this place is good...

Property was great for a couple of nights stay while we were attending the Euros. It was a bit difficult to locate but once we did it was quite easy to get to coffee shops and restaurants. The area around it was a bit dirty just due to proximity to the main train station where there are a decent number of homeless and seedy people.

Lovely hotel. We were only here for 1 night so i dont have much to offer but the hotel itself was beautiful and we were upgraded to a corner apartment, which was an unexpected but lovely treat.

The apartment is big and clean. Quiet neighbourhood. 15 minutes walk to the main station. Will definitely book the apartment again in the next visit.

Disappointing Stay at Adina Apartment Hotel Frankfurt Neue Oper I recently stayed at the Adina Apartment Hotel Frankfurt Neue Oper, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the key issues I encountered: Room Condition: Our suite was dark, dingy, and lacked any view. The balcony faced a neighboring tall building, offering no privacy. Cigarette butts and dirt were scattered on the balcony, and overall cleanliness was subpar. The carpet was dirty, and mold was present in both the bathroom and the washing machine. Service Problems: Upon arrival, I had to request an iron multiple times before finally receiving one. This delay was frustrating. The phone in our room was not connected to housekeeping, forcing my husband to go downstairs each time we needed assistance. Room Allocation Explanation: The hotel explained that larger rooms were only available on lower floors due to our booking for three people. However, this was not clearly communicated during the reservation process. The offer of “free room service” as compensation felt inadequate, especially considering that room service is typically included in hotel stays. I regret to say that my expectations were not met, and I will be sharing this feedback with other potential clients. Honest reviews are essential for improving guest experiences, and I hope the Adina management takes necessary steps to address these issues.

Property was nice but showed signs of age in the furniture. Overall clean, but I did find someone else’s hair in the bed.

Love this hotel. I think this was my 8th visit. Great rooms and even greater staff. Always welcoming and helpful. The rooms are like small apartments and if you book the better one you get a beautiful view of the river and city

This was maybe my 5th or 6th visit and this continues to be my favorite hotel in Frankfurt. Really spacious and comfortable rooms and definitely the best hotel staff ever. Always friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended

Great location and spacious

I have stayed here before and did again because of the small but very nice swimming pool, which I enjoyed again. However the room was disappointing. I was first given a room on the first floor which was a little out of the way as the rooms share a floor with the conference suite. As a loan female traveller the room felt isolated. I asked for a room change and was told they were full which I suspect is a standard response, but then was told there is a room on the 2nd or 6th. I took the room on the 6th, there were no hangers and thought it wasn’t as clean as expected, there were awful stains on the sofa see photo. I left the cushion out for the cleaners to see and they just put it back. I flagged with reception on check out. I’m not sure if I’ll stay there again which is a shame as staff are always friendly and I like the swimming pool.

Very comfortable hotel. Apartment was great with everything needed supplied. Location perfect, very quiet but easy walking distance to city centre and old town. Staff lovely.

Cannot get a decent coffee at the hotel during the day .. the shower glass was full of soap scum when I arrived .. no f&b facilities between breakfast and evening ! Lazy staff that did not want to come and get laundry after 5 pm This is a dump and I share my experience with other people and will never stay with this brand again

Great breakfast, great location

Parking garage confusing and cramped, The pool was completely inaccessible, no mention that it was not, no lift, the accessible room we asked for required 4 steps, which was impossible. Grout in bathroom was grey with mildew, staff had no idea that no van/ lift taxi was available without 24 hour notice though we asked them to reserve one in enough time. Have been traveling all over Europe for a month. This was the worst hotel.

We've stayed at this location many times in the past and like it for the parking, central to shopping and a quick trip to the airport. However this time we were greatly disappointed. The room was dirty. The counters weren't wiped clean, the showers had significant mold in them, the fridge needed a scrub, the carpets were stained, and the entire building needed to be painted. Furthermore one of the two elevators isn't working. It's really unfortunate, but we also experienced similar conditions at other Adina's we stayed at in Germany on this trip. Hopefully they take steps to improve the level of cleanliness & repair as the apartment concept with laundry is fantastic.

The staff were great with any needed help. The were kind and thoughtful. The front desk and housekeeping. If I ever travel international again I would want to stay in an Adina hotel!

I reserved a 1 bedroom, premier room and was given a nice room on the 16th floor facing the Rhine river. It was a beautiful view. The room was clean, particularly the bedroom and the bathroom. The living area had a few stains in the carpet, but nothing worse than my own house. Overall, the apartment was a good size and very comfortable.
