Great staff, quiet location, would go back

Great hotel with probably the best shower I have even used. The hotel had only been back open for two weeks and the bar and restaurant in the hotel was only open of an evening. if you wanted lunch you had to walk to the golf club bar which is a 5min walk away.

Great hotel, friendly staff and very well organised with regards to the current Covid situation.

Beautiful hotel in fantastic setting. Staff are very friendly. Rooms a very good size with plenty room Pool area and pool bar are lovely to relax buy.

Todo en general, aunque tiene más potencial aún. Aunque servicios como el spa deberían estar incluidos en un 5 estrellas. La disponibilidad de Jacuzzi...Y el servicio de María López, sus recomendaciones y su simpatía... fue el top de la estancia. Volveremos sin duda alguna.

LaFinca Hotel is NOISE NOISE NOISE Tree and bush cutting with petrol fumes engines, leaf blowers all day nowhere to have peace and quiet. Full of flies that will not go away horrible. Repeat background music all day and all night. Drives you mad. No cushions on the room patio furniture, cannot sit on metal slats to hot. Pointless having them there. Wifi rubbish, you have to login 50 times a day No toilet hand soap cleaner in any toilets Big party night before, toilets next morning unclean, no paper, no hand towels. Terrible. Broken glass around the pool area. No clearners. Short staff. Noisy petrol fumed golf buggies driving around all day dangerously close to guest No cushions on sun beds very uncomfortable indeed. Not enough umbrellas to shade from the sun 4 in total, 50 odd sun beds Food boring and repetitive menu. Not good quality. Not 5 star at all. Bar Staff are all very good and professional. Angela works so hard. Spoke to management on check out and put forward all my issues he just shrugged his shoulders. Amateur. The management who run this place need replacing, totally out of customer needs. Shame. 5 star hotel 2 star management.

Love this hotel. Great service, nice staff, lovely pool area and very spacious rooms.

Clean, efficient hotel. Rather clinical in decor, not really welcoming. Room large, air con good. Bathroom excellent, towels dire. The towels were the worst feature, bring your own. No coffee tea facilities, but there is a mini bar

Bright, airy modern hotel. Staff are welcoming, helpful and efficient. All rooms overlook either the pool or the golf course. Our first floor room was spacious and scrupulously clean. Fantastic power shower; could happily have stayed in it forever! Lovely big comfy bed. Loads of storage space. At the buffet breakfast there was a wide range of options all beautifully presented. The pool area is very well kept and the pool is huge. We made use of the padel courts. Tennis courts are available too. Our only slight quibbles would be the variable wi fi signal, the tiny minibar fridge and the smallish balcony. A classy hotel with a relaxed vibe. I would definitely go back.

We stayed at this hotel for my daughters wedding. Our first impresssions were not great as the guy on reception checking my daughter and fiance in was very rude. The lady that was checking myself and husband in was very helpful. My daughter was having her reception there and I would have thought she would have got better treatment, after all there was over 100 guests for reception and most of guests stayed the night of wedding and like ourselves some stayed longer. The guy tutted and was very ignorant it was like it was too much bother to speak. He gave them no information about the facilities or never asked to help with their luggage and left this to lady that was checking us in. I think hotel should review their customer service.

Stayed for 4 days with my wife and friends. Girls went in the Spa whilst the lads played golf. Couldn't of asked for any more. Very relaxing, lovely rooms, great course and great cocktails!

the hotel was lovely you need a car if staying here as not much around,a few bars and restaurants a good walk away .my only complaint was that the pool was so cold,took your breathe away when you ventured in .

A one night stay to attend a function at the hotel. We were delighted by the quality of the hotel and facilities.

Food very good. Service on the whole ok but service at breakfast was appalling. Staff completely ignored us. Only the egg chef showed any form of welcome. Also pool bar stopped serving food at 4. This was not clear and they actually turned guests away. Hotel needing a maintenance team to go round and sort the paintwork. Not a 5 star hotel.

This is an extremely modern and contemporary business hotel located on a recently built golf course. Whilst the standard of accommodation and facilities may live up to the hotels 5 star rating, the atmosphere is very clinical and the level of service from hotel staff and location of the hotel is poor. Simple requests such as being served a drink by the hotel pool were refused by hotel staff which meant a long walk from pool side back into the hotels main bar. Also wheelchair / disabled access to certain parts of the hotel such as the pool is very poor and service from staff is very inattentive and lacks the 5 star experience you would expect. I do not play golf so I can't really comment on the quality of these facilities, however, I did have a good walk around the resort and there is a lot of unfinished construction work. The hotel is located next to a partly developed residential area which is very quiet but is also quite a distance from any restaurants, shops, or areas of interest. I am sure this resort will be very good when the construction work is completed and the hotel management have a better understanding of how to deliver a good service experience. However, I will not be visiting this hotel again any time soon.

ultra modern golf spa resort. great during hot summer months as hotel is less busy-too hot for golfers to play. room great with outside area/massive wet room shower. great food but a little expensive. NEGATIVES: for a five star hotel staff appeared a little in-experienced.no tea/coffee in room,no english film channels or pay movies on tv.bar ran out of my drink.I was only there for 5 days and i dont drink alot. If you are looking for a few days of solitude relaxing by the pool then this is the place for you.
