The room key constantly was an issue. It did not open the door and had to reprogram every time we tried to open the door. The floors were dirty and bed sheets. The soap dispensers were empty and not refilled on daily cleaning. The towels were smelly and very hard. And the mandatory valet parking was not good. The rental car was damaged by them and we had to pay a repair fine to the car rental company. They also lost the car key twice! Breakfast food was cold and no much to choose from.

Breakfast was delicious!!! Stay was very convenient.

I checked in two rooms one for me and one for a senior couple traveling with me. The room they got had a broken heating system that was eventually made to produce some heat but their temperature high for the night was 67. My first room number 208 was not made up from the last guest, the room was completely dirty with bedding, trash and wet towels scattered about. I went to front desk where they gave me room 212. The television was broken, and there was no heat. Trying to deal with that, I awoke in the middle of the night freezing, the room was 60 degrees. Once again I called the front desk, they sent someone up who gave me a third room, freezing cold, but the temp did finally rise to 68 where it remained for last night. This morning, we went to the disappointing free breakfast, the coffee pot was a 30 or 50 cup machine with the worst coffee I have ever tasted, it was suffering from “acid pot” where the machine was not thoroughly cleaned. I am 70 years old and this was the worst coffe I have ever tasted. A little salt in the pot would have solved the acid taste, but the coffee was disgusting. Since Mexico persons don’t do coffee much, they should assign a coffee drinker to make it. I am giving hotel one downtown one star, due to the above. While the total cost for two rooms was only $62.00, which is extremely reasonable, the changing rooms three times plus the acid coffee cost them one star each, for four strikes against a possible five stars. Will not stay again!

Nice breakfast and overall a clean hotel. The room was a bit small but for a quick stay, it works out just fine. It is located perfectly near downtown. You can walk and find a couple of bars right away. El jardin san marcos is also not very far.

This is a nice hotel near the San Marcos area of Aguascalientes. It is within walking distance of one of Aguascalientes' night districts. Plenty of restaurants and bars are just a 3 min walk away. The only downside is the size of the rooms, very small but in the end worth the price.

The staff was great! The rooms were a little small. The only bad thing was that you can hear everything from the adjacent rooms and other guests were up making noise until around 3-4a. Other than that, it was a nice stay because the hotel is really close to Jardin San Marcos and the historic downtown area of Aguascalientes.

I ended up not staying. The room was the size of a shoebox and had pubic hair in the bed.

I like the variety of breakfast to choose from they change the main manu daily and always good. What I did not like the rooms was small but clean they gave us a 2 bottles of water free charge but over all it is a good place to stay.

Hotel staff is great. Hotel is in an excellent location and they have free breakfast; the BEST part of your stay. I traveled with kids and the rooms overall are small to move around the beds. Rooms are good for anybody just traveling and needing a place to rest.

Room is extremely small so it was uncomfortable for 3 people. Also the A/C didn’t work and the vents were dirty.

The hotel location is great it’s near every thing you want to be involved. Reception personnel lacked in information regarding Where’s a good place to eat breakfast, where to buy concert tickets. Every question I had they said they didn’t know. Their morning breakfast was OK. I will be going next year for the San Marcos fiesta again with the whole familia. Absolutely loved it

Excellent location and great service. We came for La Feria de San Marcos and I’d definitely stay here again! Great views and the lobby was always stocked with water, tea, and coffee, but we never made it to the complimentary breakfast. Everything is within steps of the hotel.

Fairly small rooms. Nice view of city through the big windows the rooms have. But can use a little more deep cleaning, especially the shower. Would appreciate amenities like other hotels offer, like little bottles of lotion and bar of facial soap, and an iron in the room. I did not like that you have to go to the second floor to the laundry room to iron your clothes. Its ok for a 1 day stay but no longer than that. Breakfast was good though.
