I loved it there. Food is very, very good! I do not eat meat. But there was a very big choice of vegetarian food. Prices vor drinks are acceptable. Drinks at breakfast are for free. You can choose different kind of Coffee, Cacao, Almondmilk and Oatmilk. Orangejuice, Applejuice, Water and more juices. Every day there are different menus at the diningroom. Eating was every day a big event for me! The personal is one of the kindest I have ever met! They gave us advices what we need to see of Mallorca and were always friendly. I would totally book this Hotel again! The size of the Hotel ist super good. There was never too much traffic and there was never the problem to get a seat at the pools. You can choose between 3 pools at the outside. One sportpool for adults only. One big pool with a kids-area and one smaler pool with colder water. In the spa-area is a fourth pool. You can use the sauna and the steamsauna for free in this hotel. Until 7pm you can have drinks at the poolbar. After 7pm there is a bar at the hotellobby. You can take a seat inside and as well ourside. Sometimes there are liveacts. The hotelroom (Premium Suits) was very big. The bathroom was clean and there were showerproducts for free. More than enough for your vacation. The romservice takes a look at your room every day. You get new towels every day and they tidy up the room. If you want to explore Mallorca you can use the bus right in front of the hotel! See you next year Las Gaviotas!

Very modern and quiet hotel with a great buffet breakfast near the lovely Munro beach.

Perfect stay for a cycling holiday for the Mallorca 312 race. Close to the start line, absolutely cyclist friendly - bikes can go into rooms, cycle kit can be washed for you, breakfast caters for all tastes, loads of fruit, cooked food, yoghurts, cereal. Sauna and swimming pools are amazing as well as massage which can be booked at the reception. staff was wonderful - everything we asked for was possible and doable. I'd definitely stay here again.

A week before our travel we texted the hotel because we had a special request regarding the room, but until now (3 weeks have already passed since then) we haven't received any response from the hotel :)))) Our first disappointment was that we overpaid to have a room with the sea view, but when we arrived to the hotel, the receptionist's message was "we are on the 2nd line from the sea, even theoretically we couldn't have a view to the sea". Like we didn't know how many floors was the hotel, we saw it was proposed as an option for some extra fee and we got that. One of the reception girls was very arrogant and rude. When one day there was no hot wanted, we called the reception to find out the reason, she was like "be thankful that I even respond to the call and that is only because you stay in a 4-stars hotel". The hotel was clean, but the cleaning of the rooms was being performed between 09:00AM and 03:00PM. So if you go want to take a shower until 3pm you may not have a clean towel. The breakfast was good, lots of options to choose. Downstairs bar was also ok. Don't expect to have anything but a soap in the bathroom (the same for hands, body and hair). The hotel is a nice choice for a family stay, but as a couple we will select another place for our next stay in Mallorca.

Nice bigger than expected hotel with lots of trees as a peaceful base near the very busy Muro beach, staff are mostly friendly and helpful. Two big pools one adults only which is good for doing lengths and quiet as kids pools get busy. We booked a suite thinking it would have a divisible room (as the photos show) but beware some don’t so we asked to move as we wanted one, which they obliged, but it meant moving from a high room with a nice view to a ground floor dingy/dark room as that’s all they had left. The rooms are ok, the beds are all singles (pushed together) and uncomfortable, some of the sofas are a little old and stained. Food and buffet is fantastic, a good selection and great value for the dinner.

had expected more of a 4 star hotel in Muru. 1) despite several inquiries via our link for confirmation on Hotel.com under the tab "Contact accommodation" we were not contacted. we had requested a transfer from the airport and noticed we were "gold Member" at Hotels and had hopes for an upgrade or prospect. but nothing was accommodated or commented on. We had to get in touch by phone instead. 2) when we arrived there was the most worn out pull out bed that our teenage son had to sleep on. we approached the reception several times with the desire for another room and after about 5 days we got a new mattress instead. In our room with a double bed, it consisted of two single beds which had been moved together, this is not expected of a 4 star hotel. 3) The breakfast buffet was varied and good, but the room was noisy and filled with way too many people. get those who want more peace it will be nice to be able to get outside with better acoustics and less noise. Alternatively, the opening hours should be extended so that there were not so many guests at once. all in all 15 lovely days in Mallorca but we had expected more from the hotel.

Rooms are large and clean. Good food variety and quality. Restaurant is NOT Covid friendly: the hotel was packed there was no staff facilitating the food serving--everybody was touching the tongs or food with own hands. Dinner host "Juan" was extremely rude and unhelpful. Cleaning staff

PRO: Very nice clean family property one block from the beach 3 pools, one olimpic lap pool that should be converted to an adult pool not lap beds on hard side - perfect for my husband and I Spotless linen sheets Excellent breakfast and dinner. lots of variety Staff very friendly and helpfull CONS: You pay for water. coffee in the evening - weird the 1st time i saw this. This should be taken into consideration by the management We will come back if the another opportunity arises

Have had a very good time overall. Staff was very good, hotel was superb, few swimming pool options, room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good however there is space to improve. We will be happy to go again

Pool area was attractive,relaxing and immaculate. Really missed a full -length mirror in the bedroom - an absolute must in my opinion. I'm not a coffee or tea drinker but my daughter missed that facility.

Great staff. We had a suite with a large balcony. Stayed half board and the food was excellent with a large variety to suit most tastes. Enough sun loungers and people didn't seem to reserve them which is a pet peeve. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great setup here. We had a family 4 day break with a 2 bedroom suite. Pools fab for the kids, sunshine all day and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. When they found out it was my daughters birthday they laid out a beautiful reserved breakfast table with sparkling wine and non alcoholic fruit cocktails for the kids and the staff treated us like royalty. In short - amazing trip and we will be back !

Great hotel and staff. Excellent food. V stylish place but very low key.

I stayed here for 3 nights and had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing time. Room was really spacious with a large double bedroom and separate living room, overlooking the pool area. Plenty of sunbeds available by the pools and can hire pool towels for the whole stay. The buffet restaurant offered a large variety of good quality food particularly at evening dinner. Staff really friendly and made me feel at home.

The hotel is absolutely lovely. The rooms are nice, the hotel is clean, the pools are quiet and the breakfast is just incredible! It’s only a stones through from the beach and restaurants. A perfect place to relax for a few days.

Maybe the best thing during the four days i spent in playa de muro was the las gaviotas. nice modern rooms , pool bar and spa services.The pool is an equally good choice to the crowded playa and i would also recommend having dinner in the hotel since there are not good restaurants around.

Nice hotel, good value for money for the area. No frills hotel but suites are spacious and clean. Terraces are large. Breakfast is good. Staff are great, very friendly and accommodating. Location is good, near to beach, shops, restaurants. Transport is good, there is a bus stop right outside hotel with frequent and easy transport from port of pollensa to can picafort and to airport. Beach is very stunning. Good facilities at beach, was very busy in June, lots of families with toddlers. Alcúdia is well worth a visit.

Our third time back at this amazing hotel. Lovely location, close to sea and public transport. Wonderful food.

Hotel is chic and service was outstanding. Food was the best around the area. Everywhere else was so touristy and not great food. Their breakfast/dinner buffet was great value. Pretty calm and stylish hotel, only a few minutes away from the gorgeous beach. Highly recommend it!

Loved the pools the suit was perfect for us , we only had the beakfafast but this was great with loads of selection , the staff were great and we felt great value for money We traveled up and down the island and felt the local beach was best suited to the family

Fantastic hotel in every way. Undoubtedly a key reason for that is the Staff - they are second to none. I always receive a fantastic welcome for Adele, Lena and Sebastian. They are a great first impression for any guest and are a credit to Las Gaviotas. Actually the Staff in every department are first rate. Very friendly and highly efficient. Rooms are spacious, bright and spotless. Four lovely pools in total. Food is great and again, a fantastic team in the bars and restaurant. This is my favourite hotel int the world - I keep coming back as often as I can! Thanks to all at Las Gaviotas - I can't wait to return!

Hotel is lovely, storage is a little limited, it is spotlessly clean with attentive reception staff. It was nice on a rainy day to have more then BBC world to watch. with BBC1 and 2 and ITV 1 and 2.

The sourandimg area of this hotel is as much of a disappointment as the hotel itself. Yes it is close to the beach, but it is also next to a Burger King and tick tack shops. The hotel itself is cheap and poorly decorated. The tilling and flooring is of poor quality. They have added a few nice touches, like the small pool at the back of the hotel, which is lovely. But overall this hotel looks and feels like it's been done on the cheap. The breakfast was ok, with a good variety. They charge 3 euro a day to use the safe. And guests are expected to keep the same pool towels for the duration of their stay. When we arrived we were so disappointed and shocked and the porter who brought our bags to our room hung around for an expected tip, it was embarrassing. This hotel is not a 4 star and we were surprised that the reviews were so good. I would never go back to this hotel, or recommend it to anyone.

Excellent hotel with excellent staff and service. Many of the other guests are families with (well behaved) children. Very close to the beach but we were quite happy a lot of the time to relax by one of the hotel swimming pools. Here you can chose between the sun or shade and enjoy a drink or snacks from the pool side bar. Excellent variety of food available for breakfast and evening meal. Something to suit most tastes. Drink prices in the restaurant are reasonable, including wine. No entertainment at the hotel in the evenings might disappoint some visitors but we knew this in advance and it suits us fine. It makes for a nice quiet hotel. If you want noise, go out and find it. We would certainly come back again.

Excellent hotel with great staff and extremely well maintained. Short distance to the beach. Nicest holiday hotel we've stayed in by a distance. Would recommend getting the suite as quite spacious,food was good with plenty of choice but plenty of nice restaurants around in port d'alcudia and the old town too.
