1. Gym hours start at 9am. For jet lagged adults such as us, ideally it is open at 6am 2. Too far away from the old town. It’s a 25minute walk. 3. Not much establishments near the hotel. 4. Breakfast selection was lacking. No pancakes / waffles.

Amazing hotel with interesting story and excellent facilities. Loved the spacious room with very comfortable bed. The location is a little away from the centre but it was perfectly walkable and I preferred it that way. It was only a 15 min walk to the bus station. Would easily stay again!

Breakfast could have offered a little more in the way of fruits (they had some but not cut in bowls like most other places do, just whole apples, bananas and such). I’m not criticising, I loved the breakfast regardless, their scrambled eggs were excellent.

A very good hotel at a reasonable rate for San Sebastian.

Wonderful hotel with excellent hospitality. Super friendly & helpful staff all around. Great breakfast served by super friendly team. Outstanding decor, secret cocktail bar with amazing cocktails.

The room is very big and comfortable and the staff were super nice and helpful. Highly recommend for a stay in San Sebastian.

The property is quite unique we have been staying here on and off since 2015 but not so much in the last 2/3 years. rooms are spacious, bathroom is well equipped.

We reached the hotel at 11.55pm. It proceeded to take 25 mins to check in. it took 15 mins to reach a receptionist who then said to park our car and then it took another 10 mins to reach the same receptionist to complete a 30 second transaction as I had prechecked. I did raise this with the hotel via email the next day as I was unhappy but was just told that other people were in front of me! which clearly I knew as I had to wait. my point was that 25 mins to check in at a hotel wasn’t my idea of acceptable service based on 100s of other travel experiences. they were comfortable this was acceptable. so if you like a long wait to get to your room, carry on!

Super comfortable beds and great facilities. Train station nearby. On-street parking could be found nearby at a great price if the on-site is full (or you'd like to save some money)

What Is not to like about this hotel! friendly, caring and helpful staff. Beautiful room and a 4* baby cot (not a traveling cot) added for our twins with a lot of love! Awesome breakfast and funny little spoiling welcome snacks.

The location, the room, comfortable beds, the welcome gifts of almonds and jelly-sweets, the own parking lot, breakfast was good though limited.

The restaurant is not as we expected - for a 4 star hotel, restaurant is not 4 star. Menu little variety.

Breakfasts were excellent. Extensive choice in a clean relaxing atmosphere. Good opening hours for breakfast. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Great location and excellent secure parking..

The air conditioning wasn't very effective so we had to open the window which led to mosquitos in the room. We would have preferred a kettle in the room rather than a coffee machine.
