The property was lovely, clean, in a great location and the staff was exactly what you'd like. They were helpful and engaging. They gave us recommendations on places the locals dined. They helped us find parking on a weekend with record crowds.

The hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring old town Nafplio. It's a quaint property with charming rooms. There was an issue with my room's door lock when I arrived but the front desk person was quick to have someone come and fix it. She watched my things so I could go explore while they worked on it and even put them in the room for me once the lock was fixed. It's not possible to park near the hotel but they'll point you to the best (free) place. Included breakfast was okay, nothing to write home about, and the walls are thin, I could hear other people more clearly than I wanted to. Great staff, nice building, excellent location, good for the one night I needed.

Very comfortable stay Bed and pillows were great quality slept like a baby. Staff went above and beyond to ensure i had everything i needed. Caring friendly and attentive. Location was perfect close to port shops and restaurants and quiet considering proximity. Would stay here again on my next trip.

Beautiful neoclassical building tastefully refurbished in good location in Nafplio. Staff were brilliant, breakfast excellent and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Happy to return

The staff at the Ippoliti were all so friendly and helpful. I broke my tooth, they arranged a dentist appointment for me immediately, excellent service. The hotel were spotlessly clean, modern and well appointed. We particularly enjoyed the giant mirror….that was also a tv! The breakfast was excellent, best orange pie we’ve ever had, and we’ve had a lot! Can’t recommend highly enough, a real gem.
