I want to be honest the hotel is a little old my family didn’t feel confortable staff was really good location is not far from hotel restaurant closes early we arrived around 9 pm and we had to drive around to find a place to eat

I travel a lot for work and this room is probably the worst that I've ever stayed in. The bed was rock hard, the AC remote control didn't work until I replaced the batteries with my own, the toilet never wanted to flush completely, and the shower was atrocious. The shower head was filthy and broken, the handles almost fell off, and there was a film on the shower floor before I got in it. No view to speak of and if I wasn't flying out in the next 10 hours I probably would have left and found another place to stay. As it was, the 8 hours spent there was more than enough.

Very disappointed with this property being labeled a Best Western. Staff was nice. Room and area disgusting. Mildew smell in the room. Mildew on the curtains, plumbing bad, cold water pressure low. Towels are dingy. Wifi didnt work. Tv screen distorted and not working properly. Hallways dark and scary. We got this room because of the proximity to the airport. We checked out the same day because of the room condition. We got an Air Bnb instead for triple the price but for a good night sleep. Read other bad reviews after the fact, we completely agree with the bad reviews, except the staff was nice.

Quite disappointed, rooms had a strong mold smell, dirty bathroom especially the sink. The toilet would get stuck and not flush sometimes. Food at the restaurant was flavorless except for the kind server he was great.

We reserved a bus as transportation, but nobody came. The driver took the keys and wasn’t around. We had to tell the front desk lady to call a Taxi. Then the taxis never showed up so had to go to the street and look for one. Almost missed my flight.

Staff was rude and unhelpful. The main reason why this hotel was chosen was because of its shuttle service to the airport, a service they declined to offer. Last time this hotel will be used.

If you are an American I would NOT recommend staying here. No hot water, or when it works you have to wait 15 minutes for it to come. Towels like sandpaper, sheets itchy. Pool was dirty and paint chipping. Arrived with the next room overs tv super
Loud, could hear everything. Requested a room change, had to argue with the rude front desk for one. Manager who was an older man was nice. But all in all there’s much better hotels than this. With the price wasnt expected luxury but also much worse than I had hoped.

I stayed only 1 night close to the airport. It's got an OXXO downstairs (convenience store) which is very confy since there's not too many place on the area.

Everything was from the moment I arrived to the moment I had to leave. I was offered the shuttle to the airport, and it super convenient.

TODOS TENEMOS EL MISMO DERECHO A RECIBIR ATENCIÓN, Y NO HACER DISTINCIÓN PREFERENCIAL. ESO HIZO BAJAR SUS BUENOS PUNTOS.

Receptionists were super helpful and welcoming, they went above and beyond. The hotel is acceptable for a breve stay. The problem we had was that neighbors on both sides decided to stay up late and be noisy.. walls are pretty thin. We enjoyed the pool the first day but the morning found a mess, some guests had a party and didn't clean after themselves.... We didn't want to go into the pool after that.

Just a Hotel that has seen better times, however it was very clean, well maintained and is the closest to Veracruz Airport. Unfortunately they do not have an Airport shuttle, which would make it much more desirable.

convenient to the airport, but the road is under construction and traffic can be thick and slow. If driving from the airport, it is difficult to find the turn in the night...a taxi had no problem getting there.

this hotel is right beside airport. we were told transportation to airport was included in the stay. the night desk clear confirmed this when checked in. arranged for a ride 6am next morning. check out different lady at desk says no transportation is not provided and it will be 100 pesos to take you 3 minutes away. my husband tells her the night shift said it was included and the last trip had there it was included. but she refuses and says you want to go to airport you better pay money. what is that? you know when you have to be at airport at a certain time and you've made arrangements the night before with front desk you expect that to workout.
