We arrived in a raining day, no valet parking at the hotel, no one helping us with the bags. We called to ask for a parking garage and they never offered help. when we finally arrived wet after walking with our bags, we saw a golf car “available” to move people around to a parking lot! It wasn’t a good experience at all. The hotel is well located in the middle of the town and the view is nice.

Hotel central to town

We loved our stay here, it had the most amazing view and was perfect location. Bare I’m mind it is the complete opposite side of the lake to the train station Desenzo so takes about 2hrs on the fast ferry and they only have a few per day. We would definitely come and stay here again if we wanted another quiet break at Lake Garda

I loved this hotel right on lake Garda and amazing views of the mountains! The staff were friendly and welcoming with great local knowledge! Easy walk to the shops and ferry! The breakfast was amazing the wait staff very professional!

Lovely hotel at a great location. Great breakfast, beautiful views. Easy to go on excursions and discover the rest of the area, both Dolomites and lake Garda. The beds are a bit too hard though, but overall: very happy with the stay.

The spectacular view of Lago di Garda

This hotel is very conveniently located in Riva del Garda. The economy room is extremely small, but had all the amenities we needed. The AC worked well. The bottle of prosecco with the check-in was nice, and the breakfast was good (including gluten-free options). It was not very clear how the parking worked, but the staff explained it well. The hotel also has an ice cream parlor which is very good and a restaurant, which is overpriced and subpar.

Loved this property and its location right on the northern end of beautiful lake Garda. Beautiful views from the restaurant and most rooms. Navigation does not take you the correct way to unload luggage Since hotel is located in pedestrian area … parking is offsite.

Sole has a beautiful lakefront central location in Riva del Garda, right on the town's historic tower square and next to the marina. The room was recently refurbished, clean and confortable. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. Convenient reserved hotel parking costs 15 euros/day and is located across the main road, a five-minute walk through an underpass.

Forget about having a romantic weekend with your partner, you will sleep far apart. As per 01.05.2022 all double rooms in the hotel have tiny single beds put together without even double sheets or cover to keep them together. The beds simply tend to split apart overnight. No queen/king beds in any room. The following morning, I have been told by the staff at the reception that they have never received this kind of complaint before and, if I could not hug my partner in bed because she would constantly fall in the space between the two beds, it was “my problem”, not theirs. I have always been polite in reporting the issue but their management declined any accountability. I contacted hotels.com customer service team to report the issue and it agrees the twin-beds arrangement is unacceptable. Hotels.com is now dealing with the hotel to address the issue on my behalf. Tutti i letti in tutte le stanze sono dei singoli accostati, quindi non puoi dormire affianco al tuo/a compagno/a perché cade nel buco. Incredibile. All’hotel la questione non interessa e sostiene di non aver mai ricevuto lamentele.

Wonderful property, beautiful location.

This was a great hotel to stay in and the location couldn't have been better to enjoy the area. I would recommend it to anyone that wanted to vacation in Riva Del Garda

The location is great, just a bit scary to enter with your car and drive on the sidewalk to get to the hotel. Breakfast is good and the view is amazing.
