Only complaint was that the indoor pool was closed. My grandson was looking forward to swimming in it.

Great service. Breakfast was fine. Staff friendly. Parking garage across the street, can come and go and they will validate each time. Charge a parking fee. Granted a late checkout for 1, cleaning staff came knocking at 12:40. Told them we have a late check out at 1. Front desk then called questioning us...told them we have a 1pm late checkout. Wondering if someone forgot to put in system. Location convenient to restaurants.

Great location to downtown Bethlehem and seeing the beginnings of the Christmas season. Easy check in and out. Breakfast has been better in the past however is available. Rooms have a sofa for seating away from the bed which is great. Will definitely visit again when we see our family in Allentown, PA

Love staying here. Rooms are spacious, clean, beds are comfy and breakfast is plentiful. Parking used to be included in stay, now you have to pay extra. That would be my only negative.

Very nice. Centrally located. Easy walking distance to food and local shops. Hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, modern and updated. Nice breakfast included. The staff is very helpful. Covered secure parking included directly across the street. Because of local business and college events, the hotel can be full. Last minute is OK but best to plan ahead.

Second time staying at the Hyatt within this summer - perfect place for a little getaway. Close to food and shopping on Main Street. Our hotel room was clean and roomy. Comfy beds. Kids enjoyed the pool.

We had an awesome stay at the Hyatt at Bethlehem. The breakfast was more than we could have asked for!! Rose runs a very well-kept kitchen !! Hard work and attention to detail really shows!! The rooms were very clean and so comfortable! We stayed here last year for Musikfest and again this year! WE will be back next year too!! Fantastic Hotel - Thanks !! Elizabeth Meyer

This Hyatt was a bit of a disappointment. The property could use a good deep clean. The upholstery in the common areas, carpets, etc. The hvac unit in the room was very loud and ran constantly, not just when the compressor was engaged, even with the fan on auto. Made it hard to sleep. Breakfast was good and the location is good in downtown Bethlehem.

One thing that sucked was for parking. It’s in a garage across the street. Musik fest was happened so it wasn’t normal grab a ticket, park and validate. There was parking attendants and when I went to leave the next day it wouldn’t let me thru and I had to pay an additional $20 on top of what I had already paid and the hotel said I didn’t even pay for parking at all. Waiting for the unexpected bill now -_-

This hotel was very nice. The staff were all friendly. The lady who was at breakfast was very polite, kept it all full, and checked on you. The rooms were clean and very spacious. We would stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 days. The hotel was very clean and the front entrance welcoming with several common areas to gather or sit and work on your laptop etc. Staff were all so friendly. Gym is a bit small however well-equipped for its size with weight bench, ball, weights, bike, and treadmills. They have snacks available all day at the front which included healthy items. Many little restaurants in the area and 4 minute walk from the main strip with lots of shops and local businesses.

The hotel was easy to get into. Parking is across the street in parking garage, however you can drop off bags and then park the car. It wasn’t that inconvenient. Staff were super kind and they were smiling! Very refreshing. Our room was lovely with a large sitting area and very comfortable king sized bed. We would stay here again.

Great but short staffed wasn’t a deal breaker the gentlemen at the front desk was still able to assist, even while he was working alone in the front he managed to keep a positive attitude. Place overall very well kept and food was pretty good.
