I booked a two queen beds room. Arrived and those rooms were overbooked and not available. Hotels.com really put us in a bad situation as we were forced into a king bed. The situation worked, but I’m disappointed that hotels.com rents out rooms even if that choice is not official. The front office was very nice and at least brought linens and an extra pillow for the couch.
I like the hotels.com website, but maybe I should just start booking directly with the hotel instead.

I'm not sure why there is paid parking for this hotel. Didn't make sense to me, but lucky I am now a member and didn't have to pay for it.
My sheets and one towel had a stain on them. Something you'd think would have been seen when they were being put on the bed (about the size of a quarter). Everything else was clean and in great shape, so I'm giving them a pass this time given this might have been overlooked.
Otherwise very happy with my stay and the accommodations.

The pool area needs an upgrade. The fire pit is nice, but the loungers and fence made area feel really tight—-maybe more flowers, etc. the hotel is walkable to some food/drink options which we explored and had a fun night out. Room in hotel was very spacious and clean. All amenities were perfect. I would stay here again for sure. I wish they would add a hot tub outside.

I had a great stay! The room was clean, updated, and spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff members were friendly, professional, and efficient. The breakfast was great. There were many options including fresh fruit, warm breakfast foods, cereal, oatmeal, and bagels. The only surprise was the parking fee which I had to pay online via a QR code provided at the front desk. I believe it was $10 per day. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was very nice with new clean rooms. Location convenient for airport. Breakfast was excellent. I loved the real plates and cutlery on the weekend. Surprised when the used paper plates Monday morning. The only negative is that you have to pay $10 night for parking. It’s ridiculous to pay for parking in the middle of nowhere. This should be included in price - unexpected junk fees!!

Perfect stay for proximity to the airport and on our way to the beach. The rooms are awesome and well equipped for a short or long stay.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The whole hotel smelled very clean. The room was very nice with full size fridge, a microwave, and coffee maker. The shower had great water pressure. The pillows and bed were very comfy. The towels are thick and soft. The breakfast was great minus the cut fruit, which was a little sour. I highly recommend this hotel. My only complaint is you have to pay 10$ a day for parking at this location but at the other Hyatt Houses I’ve never had to pay for parking.

A wonderful surprise: so clean, comfortable, and quiet. The whole place smells great. Airport shuttle so convenient. Breakfast was buffet but lots of options.

Unfortunately, I arrived at this property, the same day of the Microsoft outage. When I was checked in, I was made aware that the system was down and the hotel was unable to check me in. Well, when I say the was on top of it…. Please believe me! They went well above beyond to make everyone comfortable until that system came back up was. My entire stay was very pleasant The staff here is amazing. Everyone was so friendly. I almost felt like I was at home and really didn’t want to leave lol!

You have to request housekeeping on several occasions I requested it and The room was never cleaned staying in the room for almost 2 weeks. I’m having a bunch of missed housekeeping was very disappointing.

Property did not meet the rating given. Rooms were dirty, pull out mattress stained with no sheets in the room, standing dirt and hair in the bathroom. Visible debris on TV stand, looked to have come from the vent.

The only thing I had a problem was that it was supposed to be free breakfast but they had an influx of people for some wedding and those folks ate most of the breakfast so there wasnt much left when we went down.

We always stay at this hotel when we are in town for Major League Cricket. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very nice and have everything we need.

The carpet needs to be cleaned and replaced in several areas in room #234 and on the steps in the stairways. The tub has rust and they put a ball of putty to cover it. The patio grill was filthy, the chairs were all damaged. The plate kept falling off the door that you use touch your room key for entry. These small things is why I gave a star 4. Otherwise, the hotel was nice.
