Comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Very good location in easy walking distance to all the main sights and good restaurants and winebars. Very quiet in the rooms. Lovely sauna and steam room facility. Good breakfast.

This hotel stay was an awesome surprise - it had the most beautiful decks overlooking the Moselle river and vineyards! The mini-bar was well stocked with local wines - where you could sit on the deck and enjoy the sunset! The breakfast was awesome. We traveled by bikes and they had storage on property which was awesome. We will stay again!

Warm welcome by friendly staff. There were even bowls and treats in the room for our dog, so thoughtful. Comfortable and fairly spacious room. Great sauna facilities, like surprisingly nice, including a relaxation area with a lovely view of town. Excellent location as well.

Sweet hotel quite close to the attractions. Train station Trier Sud is 800m away, so not far.
I got an upgrade and the single room was nice enough. Shower was a bit wonky, the floor kept giving away and the towel was a bit dirty to begin with. They don’t make up the room unless you leave a note to the door.

I recommend the hotel because it is clean and well run. The people who work there are service minded and friendly. The location is perfect in terms of proximity to the city center and historical sites.

A charming hotel with a room that was spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the water kettle and coffee in the room. Parking was also a us and for a very reasonable rate.

We stayed two nights in a prem-double room with one small dog. It has enough space and good equipment.
Only negative point is voice from next room can be heard
clearly, wall is not so isolated.
But especially breakfast and response from all staffs were very nice.

We had a great time, the hotel was very clean and neat. Breakfast was great. Very centrally located, almost everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, they overcharged us for breakfast and we didn’t realize until we arrived home and looked at the receipt. We contacted them and they immediately corrected it and were very kind and apologetic (it was partially our fault, they asked when we checked in if we wanted breakfast and we said yes, but we didn’t get it the last day and we didn’t think to tell them). We would recommend it and would stay there again.

Well located and super friendly and helpful staff. They didn't have a restaurant open in the evening but they did have a great alternative of homemade options that coumd be heated on demand - so useful for solo travellers like me arriving late at night

Our room was spotless, with the fiitings/features you expect in this type of hotel.

This is by far the most friendly and welcoming staff I have experienced in Germany. Our room was big and clean. We brought our dog with us and he was welcomed with a homemade treat, (a biscuit) blankets and trays. Location is well placed and the hotel has excellent parking facilities. Again, the staff, they are really great and informative about anything you ask for. I hope to stay here again if we should pay Trier a visit again.

Very clean hotel and very friendly staff. The breakfast was also good. There are nearby restaurants, but no close grocery store that we could find.
It's not super close, but still is well within walking distance to attractions and the city center.
