The room was clean and basic.
The sofa and cushions were a bit worn.
The bathroom was spacious, had a bath with jets and a rain showerhead-really nice.

Right in the heart of Byron Bay, stayed two nights and it was a great stay. The room was spacious, bathroom had a shower and bath and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud.
Parking was free and in a secure underground carpark and was easy to find.
Only downside was noise from the street but what else can you expect from staying in the centre of a busy town.
Highly recommend!

Great location for exploring Byron without a car and really handy that free parking is included given the local cost of parking. The only thing I would say is that the description of the hotel is a little misleading. I would say that it is a very clean, well equipped hotel and the kitchen is great but it is not what I would describe as “boutique”!

This property is in a great location - 3 minute walk to main beach and right in the centre of town with lots of cafe's restaurants and shops. However, the room we had on level 2 (208B) gets a lot of noise from the outside (banging, people talking) that we literally did not get even one hours sleep - which is frustrating as we booked a night there to get sleep to break a 10 hour drive. Also the room itself whilst clean and modern is very small with no view and felt quite claustrophobic The windows in the bedroom are quite high and you can only see the walls of another part of the building. Very disappointing.

I liked the staff. I liked the room. I liked the area and proximity to everything. I didn't think it was super clean inside or out. My door didn't close or lock to the outside gate and the only door in to my room was a patio door. I would have felt more secure with a gate that locked and a normal door.

We stayed in a one bed apartment. On our arrival we were greeted by probably the most sincere young man who went out of his way to answer all questions ie regarding recommending a good place to eat and as we were also towing a decent sized boat we asked if where we had parked it overnight was relatively safe. Well he quickly said it could be but it would be much safer right out the front of the apartments ie at the door. We said we did look at that but the vehicle will not fit as the bins for collection would prevent us. Oh no problem he sorted this all out insisted we get our vehicle and hitched boat and then said now you can see your boat from your balcony. Amazing! and genuine best ever reception person we have ever met on our many travels. 20 out of 10 for him.

This review is based on a king room, not apartment. The room is a small and dark, but very clean. Great location about 3 blocks from beach and near many restaurants. Free covered parking was very convenient.

We were at the front of the apartments on Fletcher Street, and between the restaurants and deliveries pulling up out the front leaving their engine running, we were unable to leave the patio door open at all, or able to get any peace and quiet. Also, I damaged my car in the car park which the hotel uses because there is a concrete barrier at shoulder level which was no visible on rear view mirrors and sensors on my new car didn’t pick up – there was smashed glass all the way across the top of it, which suggested I wasn’t the first one that happened to.
It was a disappointing and expensive stay for the experience.

We loved staying here! We had only expected one balcony so the second was an added treat! Jay at the front desk was super friendly and the location couldn’t be beat, as we were able to walk to the beaches, dining and restaurants. The only negative was it’s above an Asian restaurant so when we checked in the smell of their cooking poured into the common area which wasn’t great. But it’s not all day so that’s a plus. We’d definitely stay there again!

We got a one bedroom for our stay. It was very spacious and well equipped. Despite being very close to the heart of the shopping and dining area, our room was very quiet.
Con: the shower leaked and the water would flood the entire bathroom instead of being directly drained; we stayed for 4 nights and had no room service or towel change for the entire time.

We enjoyed our stay. However, the room is badly designed. There is no adequate area for making coffee etc. It is on a shelf in a cupboard and there is no plug there for the kettle. It has to be boiled on the floor.
