Extremely dated. Limited dining options and food was okay. Would not recommend unless you’re in a pinch.

It was an amazing property, our only issue was that dining was lacking. It wasn't good as the menu was very limited and there were no snacks or a tuck shop available. The pizza restaurant was available but we didn't like the pizza. there should be more menu choices and food availability from take out.

Walking distance beach and very good communal areas (bar and pools). Rooms are dated, while communal areas ate very nice and well decorated.

We liked the wonderful space inside the buildings for relaxing and the beach area is perfect - free towels, beds and umbrellas. The pools are clean and there are plenty of beds. Everyone was helpful. The whole complex is beautiful
It was isolated from Ostuni, there were no buses and it was very expensive for a taxi.

The property has a lot of potential it has a lively beach area. The large pool that appears beautiful in the ad was not even used appeared under repair. During our stay kept getting the feeling it was end of seasin and thungs are winding down and only a few things are now available. Also no coffee available til 7:30 am so if you are an early riser, you are out of luck.

Great hotel, very clean rooms, nicely decorated in minimalist nautical style. Friendly staff. The pools are beautiful and there was hardly anyone around at this time of the year. Much better than described and expected! Very satisfied. Thank you.

Room: rather small but very tastefully designed. Balcony had concrete privacy screens that unfortunately would not eliminate odours of a neighbour smoking cheap cigars. Surprisingly the very nice and modern minibar fridge with a glass front door contained only one can of Coke and Fanta each and several bottles of water. No alcoholic beverages, not even a beer. Consumed Fanta was not replenished for several days
Service: upon the arrival they made us wear a ridiculous hospital style wristband. The colour of the wristband was not explained to us and was not even mentioned. However, when we tried to sit below a beach umbrella by the sea in the first row, we were unceremoniously kicked out due to the improper colour of our wristbands. No reason or explanation was given. Overall the beach boys were arrogant and rude not only to us but to other guests as well.
Breakfast: Several times we could hardly find a table to sit at while more than half of the tables were declared reserved and empty. Quality of food was just average, scrambled eggs really dry and burned. There was always something missing or in short supply.
Pools: the pool area was saturated by very loud PA system, playing mostly techno and hip-hop. If you are not into this kind of noise, forget about pools.
Parking: you can pay €7 to park near to entrance, €5 farther away and nothing long way away. We paid €7 but had hard time to find a space as at least 50% parked cars had no authorization to park there.

We spent 10 days at the resort in mid June - the weather was just right. We had been recommended to stay in Puglia because of the easy accessibility to other parts of the south and were delighted with the area. We did however find the Rosa Marina resort hard to find and it was confusing as there is also a Rosa Marina and we followed directions there by mistake. We booked a superior room and were not disappointed. It was spacious and clean. We also booked bed and breakfast and did find it difficult to find nearby restaurants (within 15 mins drive) as we found the location quite remote. The guests were 90% plus Italian however most of the staff spoke good English. The pools were great - very clean and well kept.

The hotel is comfortable and the staff courteous. The beach location is great, but we mostly stayed around the swimming pools. There are two large pools and a third smaller one. We chose an option with breakfast included and it was nice, but after a few days it does get old. Our room was very comfortable and a nice size, but the air conditioning didn't work as well as we would have liked. Overall it is a great place to spend a few days relaxing.

We were looking for a beach hotel that was a bit more upscale. We knew that the location catered mostly to Italian guests. I speak no Italian, but my wife is fluent. Because of the way we were treated, we would have stayed elsewhere had we not pre-paid the room.
Front desk personnel, pretended not to see us at first. When we finally got their attention, they processed us with all of the friendliness (and efficiency) of the DMV. Upon completion of the check-in process, we had to submit to wearing a colored armband, which had to be worn the entire stay (sleep, shower, meals, even when off-site).
Internet was in the lobby only. The room was clean, but sparsely-furnished with the characteristically-Italian hard mattress and wicker sofa. Light in the bathroom was poor, and although there was closet space, they provided no drawers or suitcase stands.
We found that the hotel catered to families, because the place was overrun with unruly children. Meals were served buffet style; no al la carte. Food quality was good, selection was average, and service was non-existent.
Beach was a 10 minute walk from the hotel. It was nice, but small, compared to the size of the hotel. Towels were not available at the beach, but each could be rented at the front desk for 5€ deposit and a 3€ cleaning fee.
Considering that it was a beach hotel with no view of the beach, I would say that when I return to the area, I will avoid this hotel.
