Nos hospedamos no hotel Boulevard em Londrina por apenas uma noite; foram atenciosos, providenciaram uma cama extra e uma banheira para a minha bebê de 1 ano, quem é pai sabe a diferença que isso faz na hora do banho. O check-in foi rápido, o manobrista foi atencioso, o funcionário que trouxe a cama extra foi muito prestativo e simpático. No jantar, o restaurante tem horário limitado (até as 21:00), tinha algumas luzes apagadas (que passa uma impressão ruim) e apenas 1 funcionário para atender 6 mesas. Durante a noite, um pouco de ruído de pessoas no hall do elevador e o frigobar estava barulhento, mas no geral, foi uma boa noite de sono. No banheiro, o kit amenities deve ser melhorado. O chuveiro é muito bom, a área é ampla, e com uma janela que possibilita ventilação externa. O café da manhã foi gostoso, com boa variedade e alimentos frescos. Eu recomendo este hotel, tem uma ótima equipe preparada para ajudar os hóspedes e boas acomodações. A localização é excelente.

Great Service and friendly staff!

É um bom hotel, com quarto espaçoso e, no nosso caso, com sacada agradável. Pontos negativos foram a televisão (pequena) colocada numa posição muito dificil de assistir, a geladeira fazendo um barulho estranho e o ar condicionado que jogava o vento diretamente na cama, nads grave. Só dois sabonetes no quarto também. O café da manhã é muito bom, mas algumas pessoas não respeitaram o uso de máscaras e ninguém do hotel instruiu.

The hotel is good but go outside for dinner they are terribly long and the food is poor.

The room was good sized with an office space and big balcony, the fixtures were a little dated but seemed clean. Good service.

We stayed for 4 nights and rented multiple rooms for a family function. The rooms were well sized and clean. The location is good and the staff was great. Most speak English although on a few shifts no one spoke English but Google translate filled in. Breakfast was good and the bar and evening in house restaurant were both nice with again excellent service. There is a pool but I would avoid due to lack of cleanliness. Overall a good value for the money.

Multi-day stay while visiting family. We rented multiple rooms over several weeks. Pluses are the location and cleanliness and price. Staff was helpful and the breakfast buffet was great. There is a pool upstairs but it is small and the water was dirty. There is a gym also and a sauna and both are in good condition. Wifi was reliable and included. Overall a solid 4 and I would recommend to others and will stay again.

Good hotel in the central business and shopping district. Close to many good restaurants and cafes. Room was spacious but a little dated. Pretty normal for a Brazilian chain. Breakfast was small but had high quality foods. I would stay here again as there are no Western chains in the city. Staff is very helpful and considerate.

We enjoyed our time at the Boulevard. The staff were helpful, especially the two English speaking porters, and our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We chose to stay there because it had a kitchenette and were surprised that it was not equipped. There were was no cutlery, crockery, glasses or kettle, just a microwave and a fridge. When we requested it were told that they did not supply them. If you do not want these facilities, it is a great place to stay.

The hotel itself is ok 3* U.S. Equivalent. However the concierge Daniele -(spelling not perfect) was absolutely amazing and ensured we get everything we needed! Without him our stay would have been much harder.

Everything is fine. Restaurant can be better and the main problem is when you get a noisy neighbor (leaving the TV own all night) and the night staff is reluctant to take action and ask them to shut it down.

I am staying for a long period in this hotel and it has everything to be the best in town if the staff just gets a little more training and becomes focused on details, especially maintaining or quickly fixing certain amenities like the AC remote, safe, fridges, etc when they fail.
