They gave my reserved room to someone else and tried splitting my family into two separate rooms without notifying me so i showed up at the property and was told that they changed my reservation to different rooms. Totally unacceptable since i was traveling with multiple children and the rooms they tried to put me in would not accommodate us. Will not be back again.

We were in town for a wedding and this hotel was conveniently located and met all of our expectations.

The property is close to the area where my family reunion was held. The hotel is great for pets. The front desk staff was always friendly and professional. The breakfast and the staff responsible for the breakfast area were kind, professional and accommodating. I love this hotel!!!

Our stay was great it was a girls birthday trip for my daughter her friends and my family.

Hotel was fine, but they were a bit overwhelmed. They didn’t know what rooms were available at checkin, and the food was mostly finished at breakfast.

We stayed for a baseball tournament and the whole team felt welcome. We hug out as a team in the open areas and it was great. Really good breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and free laundry!

Hotel was ok. Bed was sufficient, but not great. Wifi worked. Breakfast was bland. Front desk staff member when we checked in and out was unfriendly, and seemed bothered by us even being there. She also didn’t even ask for my ID when checking in… Night service person was nice and inviting, said hello and was cheerful, then when checking out today, same terrible person again. If you hate your job, leave it. But don’t act like the guests that stay did something wrong by staying at the hotel.. because I’m pretty sure if we didn’t stay there wouldn’t be money to pay salaries. Idk, over blowing it? Maybe. But maybe just say Hello, and give a smile, and try to pretend you care a little bit.

It was a hospital/power outage stay. So comfy and lovely after a long night with no power and a day in the hospital.

Amazing stay! We did not plan on staying in a hotel for our trip but had an emergency with our RV and needed a place quickly. We needed something that allowed dogs a Great Dane and a Chihuahua that also had a kitchen so we could store our food from our RV. All the staff we encounter were very nice the facility was clean and quiet. The facility is located close to shopping and food. Will definitely book here again if in the area.

Upon check in our reservation was supposed to be for 2 rooms and they only had us down for one. While the staff tried to accommodate an extra room it was hard to fit the amount of people we had in the only other room they had available. I chose pay at the hotel and the price changed once we got there. Breakfast was amazing and staff was amazing. Couch bed is absolutely horrible. The guest above us were ridiculously loud and after multiple visits to the desk we gave up trying to get them stop at around 10:30 pm. Beautiful hotel and sweet staff but we probably wont be back.

The hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood but within a 5-10 minute drive of shopping and dining. The room was spotless and very comfortable. You even got a choice of firm or soft pillows on the bed. Excellent wifi made working and leisure easy. Full apartment kitchen with induction cooktop, microwave, apartment fridge, and dishwasher. Hotel was very quiet during the day and evening. Breakfast was very good - eggs and sausage, fruits and cereals. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a suite and it was really nice. The only complaint I have is the shower head in the master bathroom was loose and would fall. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience. Will definitely be my first choice next time we come to Tyler

Very nice lady at check in and check in was smooth. Spacious room and beds were comfy. Didn’t hear a peep from halls or upstairs and slept great! Breakfast was the best of any hotel in recent memory. Nice part of town. Highly recommend based on my 2-night stay.

The breakfast was phenomenal! Not just a continental style but offered hot foods, it was a major plus for us!

I am in a 2 bedroom suite and it is very spacious and clean. Good price for this room.

Rooms are nice. Personally I don’t like the low toilets. The elevator failed. We were on the for floor, rooms on the 3rd. Two people on walkers. I am using a cane Manager let us have a suite on first floor saying our possessions would be fine we could get them in the morning. One person brought as much down as he could. The next day our cards for downstairs were voided. We had to move everything back upstairs. One of the clerks acted offended that we were upset. We had assumed we could stay on level one. Spent eight nights.

The night staff is clueless. Worst experience and then they put a ridiculous hold amount on your credit card for incidentals $150 Get real!

The check-in was good. We enjoy this location.

The drain in the shower forced us to shower with our feet submerged by the shower water. The extra towels received from housekeeping 1 had brown stuff on it & I had wet it & added soap to it before I realized it was dirty. The halls smelled like pets upon arrival 3rd floor. The card key stopped working the night before checkout for the gym. The new card key wouldn't open the gym door & the tv didn't work in the gym when I wantedit on duringmy workout. The rep. at checkout refused to print me out a receipt & told me I could only obtain a copy from the 3rd party hotels.com. and this is the 1st time I was ever told that I could not have a receipt. The 1st rep. at check-in was very accommodating when we arrived. During check-in our rep was a sweetheart. She answered all our questions & made us feel welcome & at home. The lady that filled the items during breakfast on Sunday wasn't pleasant at all. My boyfriend asked for a fork & she just threw them in the bin to fill it up. I asked her about breakfast hours & she looked at me like breakfast was over & it was 8:45 but, they were ransacked from soccer tournament people so they barely filled the food items for the other guests we were not treated with hospitality. She was a little rude when we asked if there was syrup left or other items that were empty. This Staybridge should take lessons from the Staybridge in Folsom, California. They are Excellent!!! Wish I could say the same about this place..

This was the absolute best value! Super clean, great amenities, fantastic breakfast.

Not clean--hair in bathroom. The hallways were dirty. The desk help was lost and took forever to check in.

The staff was very pleasant, however they were not well informed. Staff had to call management frequently for basic questions. Management said no to all requests (honoring discounts, changing rooms). They did not have basic necessities like toothpaste or shower caps. Towels were dirty (stained, previous users hair). Refrigerator did not cool and I had to throw my food out. Room was dingy and had an unpleasant smell. Overall not worth the price.
