Two previous stays

Family of 2 adults and a child We were charged for 3double beds!!! Too much noise in corridors Wouldn't recommend this hotel!!

Short stay between Christmas and New year, hotel is fine but restaurant was closed both days of our stay which was not communicated in advance. We ate in the bar the first evening which was extremely pricey and decided to eat externally the second. Staff were pleasant and hotel was clean but the bar area is more a cross-over from the restaurant and packed with groups and parties both days. No sport showing at all in the bar. Breakfast was a highlight and the breakfast staff and service was excellent. All in all an OK stay but some disappointing things we'd have appreciated understanding in advance of our stay.

Room was decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. very good gym, pool and leisure facilities.

The mattress on the bed was very hard.
