I booked this hotel as a surprise trip for my partner's 40th birthday and from the moment of booking to the moment of checking out the service and experience has been exceptional! Reception and Concierge were in touch with me prior to our trip to help with any bookings or personal touches I wanted to make. I was called the day before to check on our arrival time and upon arrival was greeted with a drink, a smile and a room upgrade! There was a personalised note and gift for my partner on the bed which was a lovely touch, the room was clean, spacious and well designed. The whole hotel was... lovely little pool area on the roof, nice breakfast buffet and a view of Le Suquet (my fave!). The hotel is extremely well situated within easy access of the train station, La Croisette and Le Suquet, but the outstanding feature of this hotel is undoubtedly it's staff! Every single member of staff we encountered was incredibly warm, friendly and helpful, we honestly felt like nothing was too much trouble. It goes without saying that when we return to Cannes we will be returning to Five Seas, an absolute gem in the Cote d'Azur.

The staff here is brilliant. They gave us so many little feebies and little and gestures of appreciation. Not to mention the room was massive and so clean and modern.

This hotel makes you rethink all the other 5 stars experiences you had in your life. It’s located in the heart of the city walking distance from the hippest places, it offers large rooms with great amenities. The food was freshly made and beautifully served ever day for breakfast with a great variety of options. The service though, that’s what I truly loved about my experience. They do a fantastic job making sure you feel comfortable and welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had such a wonderful time!!! The hotel itself is beautiful with lots of original pieces of artwork. It’s ideally located with lots to do within walking distance. The staff were so helpful, friendly and attentive. One of my best hotel stays anywhere in the world!

We had a wonderful stay, everything was perfect. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is very stylish with individual touches, it’s in a perfect location if want to be in the centre of Cannes. A delightful hotel to stay in and can highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the stay at the five seas hotel. The service was really good and the staff super friendly and forthcoming. There were only few things to complain about. I’m not sure who designed the rooms but they probably never slept in one of the rooms otherwise they wood notice: - that a shower like that is always leaking - the doorknobs are extremely unpractical - last but not least: I’m not sure sure who electrically connected the light switches to the light, but switching the light same light switch twice always concluded into different light set ups. It was nearly impossible to turn off one light without turning another light on.

Staff were very good and always happy to help and good at breakfast and dinner.

This boutique hotel has it all! Location is wonderful and within walking distance to everything. It also has a Spa if your also looking for a great refresh after a long day at the beach or walking. great hotel Staff in every department but the Concierge services really stood out for me. there is also so much thought into the little details of this hotel from the free mini bar to the take home gift they leave in your room . If your looking for unique and upscale, book this hotel.

The hotel is so friendly and clean. It’s also near all the shops and restaurants in the old town.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Great friendly service. They took us by golf cart (complimentary)to the beach club and restaurants so our toddler wouldn’t have to walk to far. The family room was very spacious. The roof top stainless steel infinity pool insane. The complimentary breakfast excellent, varied and tasty. You really get a lot for your money.

Over rated hotel. Pictures are almost 180 degrees than the poor reality!! Room renovation is very old, bed was two single beds matched together and they call it king size bed which is absorbed. Noisy street until late hours. Finally an over rated price of 800 euros per night... I regret choosing this hotel. I've being a member for so meany years, slept over at hundreds of hotel and never before I was so disappointed.

Nice hotel but the Executive room is not worth the money at all. The Superior room is better and less expensive.

Hotel well located in a lifely area in Cannes but with no sea view. Over-rated from my perspective as the service you get is far from what we could expect of a 5 starts hotel. Barely correct in general including a poor breakfast. We will not come back !

Personalized check in attention. Friendly staff. Very well located close to best shopping district, main attractions and restaurants. Beautiful rooftop restaurant with excellent food. The breakfast is continental and not a buffet.

Five star service *****

I really enjoyed my stay at Five Seas Hotel. I stayed in an executive room, which was huge in size. The bed was very comfortable. I really liked the bath tub in the bathroom. A free mini bar was a nice surprise (loved the popcorn). The breakfast selection was excellent and I especially liked the fruit selection - I don't think I have seen such a big variety in any other hotel. It's also nice that one can admire views of Cannes old town while enjoying breakfast. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Beaches are a short walk away, it's not far from the old town, shopping is close by. I had a very early flight so I had asked for an early check-in. That wasn't possible but the room wasn't even ready at regular check-in time. I got a free welcome cocktail to compensate this at the rooftop bar though. Overall, a very nice experience and I would definitely stay at Five Seas again.
