Old school charm with a huge amount of space! Loved the two si ks and mini kitchen in the king unit. Super clean and central air. The only tiny drawback is that the walkways and paths need a little work.

Great apartment-like spaces with a bedroom, bathroom, and an additional sink outside the bathroom. The kitchenette had 2 burners, small refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Nice table and chairs and couch with TV in living room and another in the bedroom. We had an upstairs unit that had stairs, no elevator - as stated in the room description. A definite winner for the price!

Very close to Kings Island, loved being able to see their fireworks at night. The room had a gross musty smell when we first entered the room. ( better after we turned the A/C on) Beds were very uncomfortable (very worn out). The water pressure wasn’t the greatest & their complimentary soap/shampoo/conditioner was horrible, so bring your own. For a 1 night $116 stay, wasn’t too bad and expected for that price. For a longer stay, I wouldn’t recommend

We have been staying here for 10 plus years and love the coziness and the character of this place! It could use some sprucing up though.

The suites are very charming and have that colonial feel. After a few years of staying at a traditional hotel when visiting Bloomington, my wife and I decided to give the Century Suites a try. It was not only cheaper to stay here, but we got a bigger living area to enjoy and spread out. It was definitely a great value for our dollar. The suite was clean and and had that warm atmosphere with the beautiful old hardwood flooring and period matching furniture. The grounds were beautiful and even though there was plenty of construction going on on the adjacent properties at the time, it was really quiet at night. It was a unique and pleasurable experience. We will definitely be staying at the suites the next time we come to Bloomington!

The property is very well maintained. We enjoyed a snowfall while we were there and overnight the walks were cleared and stairs to our room were swept and salted. The accommodations might be dated, but they are in excellent condition and the staff was attentive and kind. And the rooms were generously spacious, especially for the price!

We have stayed several times and each time we're pleased with our stay. Very clean, spacious rooms. They offer snacks in the office and have the most beautiful property with brick sidewalks. Super close to everything but far enough away to enjoy the quiet.

Such a cute little complex. Reminded us of a time long ago. A quiet little community of older homes. Was previously businesses, i guess. But, you get your own little townhouse or flat. Within minutes of practically every thing. The staff was really nice. The grounds were really clean. Breakfast is just some packaged sweets, not hot continental. Would definitely recommend. Would definitely stay again. So much nicer and more private than conventional hotel.

This is the most adorable place I have ever stayed. It looks like a collection of tiny houses but each one is a lovely suite with kitchenette. Mine had an amazing bathroom with 2 separate toilet and sink areas on either side of the bathing room. The staff is great. Towel and cleaning services are by request so I didn't have to worry about any strangers in my room (great if you are traveling alone). Great experience. Would/will do again.

Really like the room sizes and scale of the space provided. We had 3 people and we never experienced that cramped feeling that you'd inevitably get when staying in a conventional hotel 1-room-layout. Best place to stay in Bloomington!
