Holiday Inn offers a clean, comfortable overnight stay. We loved the bathroom room amenities provided. We have two complaints that we would like to bring to their attention. The first is that we had to wait to get into our room. We tried to check in at 3:30 and the room still wasn't ready. We had to leave at that time for an event, so we weren't able to check in until 9 pm. Secondly, we purchased the breakfast for two for $15 at the time of booking. At breakfast the next day, we were handed a menu with choices, and we each ordered an omelette and a cup of coffee, assuming the choices were included with the coupon we purchased. The waitress brought our bill and stated they took $20 off our bill of $25 and stated we needed to pay the difference of $5. No where did it state they would only cover up to $20. Just that breakfast for two could be purchased for $15. Please be up front as to what the coupon actually covers or indicate on the menu what items are included with the coupon. Finally, we love Johnny's steakhouse for the good food and ambience.

Very nice hotel overall.

Comfortable beds. Quiet. Watch out for the shampoo, conditioner and body wash, something is wrong with the design and they all shoot right for your face or walls. Housekeeping must hate them.

Lovely place to stat

It was an over priced “average” room. Breakfast was fruit & a small selection of danish bars. No juice or even napkins. Without informing us beforehand, they added a $30 charge in the event, we assume, we trashed the room. Supposedly it will returned if someone says it is clean. Bottom line, we were underwhelmed & wouldn’t stay there again.

It was super fun, beautiful room. The only thing I can say is they run the laundromat all night it seems to be a common thing in hotels now.

Was fine. Other reviews mention freeway noise. But we were at the end of the hotel right next to it and it didn’t bother us at all. Room was huge. Bed comfy. Johnny’s steakhouse restaurant was great. But I wouldn’t have to stay at the hotel just to eat there. Just an average stay. Nothing exceptional, nothing wrong.

We had an issue with the toilet running the first day we told the people the counter they said they would get it fixed they did not coffee maker did not work on the second day the toilet pipe broke flooded the room completely they did not change our room or even act like they could care

Dirty room. We almost changed rooms but decided to clean ourselves and not deal with issues.

The suites are dated and underwhelming.

Were told there was a pull out and additional living area and neither things were the case.

Very clean and restaurant is top of the line!
