Came across this hotel by chance literally drove past turned back and pulled in Very glad we did Great check in very helpful guy gave us local map and advice Room comfortable and nice breakfast Bus stops outside to and from town We walked it both ways about 15 mins Only stayed one night wish we could of stayed longer

The hotel is a bus ride away from the city center, so it’s very convenient when you need free parking in the city. Our bedroom had a roof leak but the room was comfortable.

Great hotel. Could be quieter, and the ventilation (bathroom) needs improvement, but its otherwise a nice place.

Very clean and very comfortable beds. Shower head holder was broken so had to hold it while showering which was difficult. Otherwise a great stay

The hotel was clean, basic, comfortable and well placed for visiting San Sebastián. It took about half an hour to walk into town. The bus service was cheap and efficient.

Comfortable and clean hotel. Free parking is a bonus as San Sebastian doesn't seem to have many parking spaces. Friendly reception and quick check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Never a 1 star hotel. 3 star would be right. Good transport links into the city centre with numerous bus options right outside.

Amazing service!! Staff very nice and helpful all the time. Very approachable and friendly. Room spotles and very comfortable. Really nice breakfast even though it was not included. This hotel is recommendable 100%.

Front desk was very helpful on arrival. Good location. 15-20 minutes walk to downtown. Clean comfortable beds. Room had a balcony with chairs and table. Good parking. More like a 2-3 star hotel. Would stay there again.

Too far out of the town

A trip with friends. All tqn smoothly, the staff were excellent and the rooms comfortable although the bathrooms were a little cramped. Everything was on hand and I would book again. About 30 minutes walk from the main beach but easy to hop onto a bus and het there that way.

The hotel was placed in a good position, with easy links into the city centre. The staff was very friendly. The room was very very clean. The beds were comfortable, though the bathroom was a little small. I would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient location. Easy to go to the old downtown either walking or by public transportation.

Very small room. Shower door would not stay closed so lots of water ended up on the floor. No hangers in the wardrobe. Door handle fell off. It was conveniently situated for my needs and parking was free. However, for £76 for the night it was hugely overpriced. I would be happy pay £40. The receptionist was helpful in helping me sort out the easiest way from the hotel to the motorway to Bilbao.

Really good, pet-friendly hotel, with an amazingly helpful receptionist who went 'over and above the call of duty' to help us! Would def recommend this hotel and stay there again myself. 10 out of 10!

Free parking Within easy access of town centre for shops and restaurants

Easy location to walk into town, but the hotel feels old and in need of a refurb. Tiny shower. The tap got so hot it burned both of us. Very noisy main road outside.

We mainly chose this location because it had on-site parking, so its off the beaten path. It was adequate. I did think it was odd that I had to provide my room number in order to be provided two glasses for wine.

We stayed for 2 nights choose here as it was cheaper then staying in old town and with bus stop right out front it was only 7min into old town and cost €1.70 each which run every 5 min. Quite and safe area even though on a main road. Great strong. water pressure in shower , we had a good size balcony, rooms a bit outdated but comfortable enough. No kettle but small bar fridge. Lady at reception was helpful with directions and spoke English and added bonus of free onsite parking and lift. Air conditioning in room worked well just ask reception to adjust it to the temperature you require. cant comment on breakfast as we didn’t try. Can walk to a beach within about 15min. Overall happy with the hotel, cost and location.

It had a balcony and the bathroom was quite spacious. The location was not close to town.

The staff was so pleasant and super helpful. Location was close to a bus line and about a mile or mile and a half walk to the city centre.

Our first impression was staff were friendly.... a bit out of the centre of town but a bus stop close by got us to & from easily enough.... unfortunately our room had no curtains so Sun woke us early and street light shone into room at night.
