Very helpful staff and a good apartment set up. Location was good, parking was a short walk away in the parking station opposite the hotel.

Franklin St Quest has everything you could want, central to be able to walk everywhere or catch the free buses and trams. The Intercity bus station is directly over the road. We were a group of senior ladies and could all get together for our outings with seating in the lobby. The pantry is a great idea too

Great communication from the property before our stay. There was an issue with the hot water and they gave us the information we needed to make a choice about our stay. We chose to continue the booking and had no problems, plus we received an upgrade. This apartment was spotless, comfortable and well appointed. Very happy with our stay overall.

Quest on Franklin is a great place to stay in Adelaide. Our apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Loved everything. If you’re wanting a hotel that has everything on your doorstep maybe this hotel isn’t for you. Having said that most things were only about a 15min walk away. My only complaint was how hard the beds were. But a very minor complaint. Check in staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to check in and out swiftly. Overall a good stay.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and in the heart of Adelaide. Only had a parking in the same property, would facilitate the most.
Nevertheless we would choose them for our next stay.

The apartment is close to Adelaide Central Bus Station, Adelaide Central Market and Chinatown, just within 5 min walk. The condition of the property is good, just the kitchenware is a bit old, marginally ok for cooking. The SmartTV, washing machines are good.

Located in CBD and handy to shops and eateries (China Town and food court is just across the street). Carpark is a little inconvenient as is located in public parking building offsite. Communication by hotel can be better as no notice about no housekeeping on Sunday. Overall a good accomodation and will recommend to visitors to the city.

It was a disaster. The temperature in Adelaide was 40 degrees the airconditioning failed and we had to be moved to another hotel. Initially we were moved to another Quest accommodation but it was very inadequate so we were moved to Crown Plaza which was wonderful in terms of accommodation but we went through a nightmare of communication problems between Quest Manager and Crown Plaza manager where we we told we needed to pay an extra $1800 to which we never signed up for then we were locked out of our room…..took about 6 hours to sort it all out. Effectively we lost a whole first day of our three day holiday which was very stressful. Crown Plaza accommodation was lovely but the start to the holiday shook us and it ruined a trip which we usually love as we have been coming to WOMADelaide for over 25 years. It will take a while to come to terms with this most abominable experience.

The 2 bedroom apartment that we stayed in was very clean and spacious. We loved the location too, very close to the Adelaide Markets and CBD. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

We had 2 connected rooms and shared a nice living room area and kitchen. Very nice place to stay. A bit far away from Rundle Mall and shopping centre, need to walk there for about 15mins. It was quiet nearby, but this made us sleep well at nights.
