Great service and excellent view from the rooms.

The property staff was very sensitive towards my family during a difficult few days in the middle of our family holiday. I really appreciate how kind they were towards us when we were dealing with some unexpected news during a trip while very far away from home. In addition to this the food was excellent- we had just come off the trail and their dining room was the best experienced in Chile. The rooms were small but extremely comfortable. They staff was very helpful in storing our luggage and helping us make arrangements for car services as well. I am very grateful to the hotel for taking such good care of us when we needed it most.

Very nice location, walking distance to town, bikes available to borrow to use to go into town. Most front desk staff speak English well; others not so much. Good breakfast - though a change in offerings from one day to another would be nice for variety, especially for guests sitting for more than 1 night. Very good customer service. Our rooms were smaller than how they looked on the photos on the website. Nice seaview rooms nonetheless.

I liked the view from the hotel room -big window to ocean and mt view. room was comfortable with good heat system shower and sink area was little tight and only had rain shower head. I prefer hand held shower option.

No shuttle to airport

We stayed one night in January as a base before heading to Torres del Paine. Amazing views from the large gallery window. Open-plan format of rooms. Quiet. Very good on-site restaurant. Very good breakfast served timely enough for early departures. Not really walking distance from town, but taxis easy to come by.

This place is wonderful and was so difficult to leave. It's away from town but on the main road into town, so it's quiet with easy access. The lodge has bicycles FCFS, no additional fees, so we were able to get into town in minutes. But if you want to taxi it, as of Feb 2023 it was 3000 pesos/ride--pretty inexpensive fare. And the views from the room (read your fine print to make sure you're getting a room with a view if that's what you want) made even spending time in the room a luxury. The dining and bar are great amenities, the main lodge a cozy hangout spot to chat with other travelers and the staff. Maira was the best.

Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Other guests are quiet. Breakfast selection is limited, but they offer omelette from the kitchen.

Love my stay in weskar lodge. The view from the room is amazing. The room is comfy and spacious. Th breakfast has great varieties and win a great view from the dining room as well. The lodge is about 15 min walk from the town center, very convenient. The staff was super friendly. Definitely will stay here again!

This is the best hotel that my wife and I stayed in during our trip to Chile. Their complimentary breakfast has more options than anywhere else we stayed. The rooms are impeccable and the staff is very friendly. We also loved the food at the hotel's restaurant for dinner after our long hikes at Torres del Paine. The only negative thing that we encountered was that there was no fridge in the room to store our food for our hikes, but overall, I can definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling through the area.

Catalina who greeted us at the front was fantastic. She helped with translating and always giving suggestions. The whole staff went out of their way to make our stay extra special. We would highly recommend this place. Great location as well

The front desk was very accommodating. They helped me get taxis, car rentals, information about the local national park, offered bike rentals, and a complimentary drink

A very cozy hotel in a beautiful location, great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Our room was comfortable with a great view. The daily breakfast was plentiful. The hotel staff were always pleasant and very helpful. A special thanks to Maira who helped us book several excursions in advance and answered all of our questions before we arrived, and to Felipe for all his help, particularly in arranging transport back to Punta Arenas. We highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, quiet, spectacular views. Easy walk into town.

Beautiful room with a fantastic view. Staff was very helpful trying to get Covid results, taxis and translation. Loved our stay and would definitely come again. The only downside was the lack of internet service in the rooms. That wasn’t a big problem since we were trying to get away from that, but it would have helped with planning things.

We loved our stay here, definitely recommended. The hotel is away from the town but it's nicely isolated and very quiet. It was a short walk to restaurants.
