Excellent staff at front desk

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Regina Elena! Staff were amazing, so friendly, and spoke very good English. They helped us book excursions, gave us recommendations for restaurants and beaches, and were always there to help. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, very European, and the coffee was amazing. Hotel room was very clean and never heard any noise at night (the Euro Cup was on in the streets and we didn't hear a peep even though we were facing the street). Shout out to Carlotta for being so friendly, helpful, and informative. I love they they message you on What's App. Area of the hotel is basically in the downtown, so it is very easy to walk to lots of restaurants without having to worry about a taxi or bus. Would stay here again!

An hotel that presents very immaculately. The staff were lovely & as I said everything was super clean.

It was everything it promised. Rent a car at the airport of you want to go more than a few blocks.

Did not feel at all like a 4-star hotel - maybe a 3-star at best. It was outdated, loud noises of furniture being moved around, dusty, and our room wasn’t ready at check-in time (was told one hour later it would be ready, and then 1.5 hours later we were told it still wasn’t ready and would be another hour).

It was nice that the room was already available at 11.00 AM. The room was clean and the people very friendly. Good location, in the centre of town.

The only thing missing was a balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine - our Juliet balcony looked down on the parking lot. The staff responded quickly for missing kitchen items and helped with ideas to explore other towns nearby.

Hotel Regina is ideally located at the city center, and it has private parking which is essential if you’re driving. The receptionist Carlotta was wonderful - helpful and pro-active. We got a large room overlooking the square. The Olbia airport is just a ten minute drive away.

excellent breakfast. great location. very friendly staff. very nice room. only problem: AC kept shutting off, causing difficulty sleeping (it was very hot and humid while we were there). too noisy to keep windows open. highly recommended other than AC issue.

The staff were very friendly and the room was great spacious and very clean. The location was in a good position close to shops and restaurants.

We particularly liked the young lady who checked us in in the evening. She was unendingly patient as we tried to find an adapter that would work with our electronics. Un-fortunately, we left at 4:45 in the morning, and when I tried to return it, I found myself locked outside the building. We have exchanged a nice correspondence since we returned to the US on how to get it back!! Very nice place.
