Staff and hotel design are absolute gorgeous.
However when you spend 300 dollars including taxes that are charged when you get there in Colombia, you would have expected a higher level of luxury. Such as AC and a broader breakfast or Netflix om your tv. Have stayed a better hotels with a lot more amenities and luxury for a lot less in the same area.

We had an amazing time staying at the Click Clack Hotel in Bogotá. The area is super convenient, right by Parque de la 93 and walkable to Zona T. Lots of restaurant choices around. Their restaurant had great food options. The staff was great and very accommodating to our needs. Would definitely recommend this hotel and area to stay if you are traveling to Bogotá!

I was told at check in that I could not have friends or family come to my room. This is not told at making reservation. I have never heard this policy, Therefore, I am trying to cancel the Click Clack in Medellin for the next couple of days. Also, the bar upstairs, you cant charge to your room? that's annoying!!! I had to go back downstairs to get my wallet. Also the bathroom shower door does not work.

XL Room didnt have a view, L rooms have a better view. I think it should be the other way around if you’re paying top dollar for the most expensive room then it should have a view. Rooftop was great, breakfast amazing.

My room did not have air conditioning and it's possible that whole floor didn't have an AC option - they did bring a portable AC into my room upon request.
That is my only feedback, everything else was fantastic! The location was great with walkability to Parque 93 (full of restaurants and bars). The rooms were modern and clean.
The included-breakfast was yummy with a min buffet table and a la cart hot options like pancakes or eggs.
I can't wait to come back here!

The rooms are pretty small and no air conditioning. The safe in the room is not bolted. As my room has a balcony, one could break in (easiy street access since Im on the 2nd floor) and walk away with the aafe and all the contents.
