We had no hot water then the front desk argued with us and said no one else is complaining. Magically an hour later the water was hot.

What an amazing room overlooking US Bank Stadium. I didn’t want to check out. Friendly staff, good food and a great room that was clean, modern and roomy. Loved the walk in shower.

Love this hotel, only problem is the restaurant is never open except the breakfast buffet (closes at 9am) and the bar is only open about 3 hours a day. I like going to the hotel bar! Esp when it's 7 degrees outside.

Clean hotel and ver convenient location. Had to ask for the bathroom door to be repaired before it would close and the light switches in the room didn’t operate the lights so we couldn’t turn them off.

We had a great time at the Hyatt! Convenient safe parking was worth the added cost. Complimentary breakfast was amazing- fresh and tons of choices! The hotel was decorated super cute for Christmas, which the kids loved. Pool was very clean and had two hot tubs! The entire hotel was very clean. Our room was huge- had 2 TVs and a separate living room and bedroom!
Only minor negatives were the bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the hot water took ages to warm up, but I would stay again and recommend it highly regardless!

It was cool thought there were 3 TVs. One in bedroom, one in living area and the smaller above high seating table. But the little TV the remote did not work and also could not control with the side buttons so it was noisy and it was hard to focus on the TV in same room. Maintenance after 3 attempts managed to force unplug it. It was hard because the TV was bolted tight against the wall.

The check- in process took close to 20 min due only one front desk person being staffed and it was an exceptional busy Sunday due to a local NFL game. The one staffer was also responsible for manning the coffee shop which people began to just walk away from because they were sick off waiting to be helped. I big miss on Hyatt’s part to under staff on such a busy check-in day.

Worst customer service by the male host. Reserved a double queen suite with a pull out and the room was confirmed via self check in. Arrived in person and the host said the suite wasn’t available with the worst attitude and even when I asked questions about the mishap reservation his response was “so you want to room or not?”

Clean. My room had a living room area which was nice a spacious and the bed was comfortable for a very restful night of sleep just before my marathon.
It was also centrally located 2 blocks away from the starting line of the Twin Cities Marathon that I was running.

Stayed here for two nights to attend a Vikings game. Conveniently located to the stadium, an easy walk. Hotel was easy to access and close to the metro stop and rest of downtown. Room was clean and in good condition. Breakfast was good and there is plenty of seating.

We went to a show at The Armory which is only a block and a half away so it was so convenient! I wish I had known how close it was to US Bank Stadium when I stayed in the city last month for a show. The view from our room was so nice, the bed was amazingly comfortable and the additional living area was such a nice surprise. It was perfect for an evening and I could easily see staying there very comfortably for an extended length of time as well. Nice restaurant, the free breakfast is above and beyond most hotels, and I like that everything is a short walk away downtown. There is even a little convenience store on the ground level which is really handy. I will stay here again. Classy yet affordable place. Thank you!

Nice hotel, easy to find. Breakfast was fantastic. Beds were comfy based on preference (some liked it, some didnt) same with pillows. Some stains through out room. Did not like the pay to park. The amount you pay for room, if guest, you shouldnt need to pay to park in my opinion.

The hotel was conveniently located. We had reserved a king and they were out of king rooms when we arrived. It was a bit confusing navigating the dual elevators and there was a lack of luggage carts. Our room also had a couple of suspicious wet spots on the carpet. The pool/hot tub area was nice and it they had 2 hot tubs, so we could avoid the one full of children. Breakfast was decent and the coffee was good.

The best part of the stay was the excellent service from the young man at the front desk. He was so pleasant and polite both evenings that we stayed over the long weekend. We were disappointed that the one bedroom room did not have a door separating it from the sitting area. Although the sliding frosted glass pocket door on the bathroom is great in theory, it fails in practicality. The door did not lock and when you turn on the bathroom lights in the evening and night, the light through the door illuminates the entire room and makes it difficult to sleep. Not ideal when traveling with teens and young adults who stay up later and shower late at night. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the location was convenient as it's close to the light rail train and Target Field/ Hennepin Theatre District.
