Lom La Lanta is one of my favorite places that Ive ever stayed. The value for the money is so good. Its clean, the bed is huge and comfortable, bathroom is great, and the staff is so kind! They helped us with any request we had - reserving spots on boat tours or renting scooters. The only thing I will note is at one point the water in the toilet and sink turned kind of orange, which was weird. But it went away and didnt bother us. Overall, I loved Lom La Lanta and would definitely stay there again. Such a great hotel.

Hotel staff very friendly and very accommodating. We had a terrible smell in our room, staff did very thing possible to remedy the situation.

Nice clean family owned hotel. We had pre-booked two nights and later prolonged our stay two nights more. The location is on the southern end of long beach, which we have understood is a little less populated and busy. But since we rented a scooter we didn't mind traveling a bit for those things. There was enough restaurants and services around the hotel for our needs. We liked the room, the bed was large and firm and the room was clean and had a large balcony with furniture. Perfect for drying clothes. We lived on top floor so the water pressure was very low, which was the only negative with the stay. The bathroom had complimentory soap and schampoo. The hotels laundry service was quick and efficient. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Friendliest most helpful staff. Hotel is comfortable and clean located a 5 minute walk from Long Beach. Would definitely recommend staying here

Very relaxed stay at this guest house, basic but perfectly adequate and the location was handy for the beach, restaurants and transport if you wanted to go elsewhere on the island. I would have liked a kettle and tea/coffee in my room but it was very reasonable so can't complain, great value for money and the warm welcome and helpful staff made it a great place to stay.

If you are on a budget this place is good. Staff are very sweet and it was clean. However, it's located across a busy road from the beach side of this area in Koh Lanta and its loud! We also chose a room with no aircon and since there is no mosquito net you choose no air or get bitten. Breakfast was average...just some bananas and toast laid out, but lobby is cute.

We stayed in Lom La Lanta just after the Easter weekend for 4 days and truly enjoyed ourselves. The open concept reception area was clean and neat - they have 6 resident cats whom we loved!We were in room 9 on level 3 near the staircase. It is pretty quiet and aircon was great for the 37 degree weather. Bathroom is clean and spacious. Amenities are bare minimal - hand soap & lotion. So best to get your amenities just a few minutes down the road. (7-eleven). Towels and face towels are provided for and room cleaning happens every 2 days. Beach towels available too.The popular Red Snapper Restaurant is directly opposite. Also, check out the Lanta Animal Welfare (just 10mins walk away or a 20bhat per person on a Tuk Tuk) and for Singaporeans, Josa Travel which is diagonally opposite Lom La is owned by a retired fellow countryman. Great advise on tours, where to eat say HI!!!! Friendly chap - Mr John!!!

Room was lovely and clean, they provided us with shower towels plus for the beah beach towels, beach mats, bats and balls, so over all amazing stay. Stay are welcoming free hot drinks and toast for breakfast.

Excellent staff, always keen to help & good free breakfast of fresh fruits, toast & tea or coffee. Lovely family :)
