Room was okay, But i noticed pests in the cracks. Hotel seemed old and worn, and extremely noisy between roms. Could easily hear the neighbour. Lots of boxes and storage all over made the hallways cluttered. And dont get me started on the horrible tiny elevator barely with room for one + baggage

Really cool, hip area, very close to train station also. Great breakfast. Rooms were very clean, but small & sparse. Could use some shelves and/or hooks in bathroom. Great for the price though!

Has a hostel feel but it's fine for a short stay, handy for Brignole station and only 10 mins from the main square. Breakfast was in 2 shifts and you had to choose which when you checked in.

I can't fault the location, staff and the room. But if you book 'a terrace with a jacuzzi' you expect the jacuzzi to be working, otherwise i would have booked elsewhere. I quite fancied the novelty, which i paid for, but didn’t get.

Good quality, budget friendly hotel in the heart of Genoa. 20 minutes walk from the old port and 5 minutes walk from Genoa Brignole train station. The staff were lovely, breakfast was great and the room was comfy and clean.

Great location next to Brignole station, friendly staff, rooms are clean but a bit worn off. Beds are comfortable and the breakfast is basic but very tasty.

The receptionists are very helpful and welcoming, working 24 hours. Specifically Ferroucci who has shifts at nights is so helpful and professional. Thanks for this great experience. The site is nearby good places. Clean. Single room.

Although it said that there is parking available, it wasn t available at the property, only at a few meters away and it was mandatory to leave the car keys. If you don t have parking available at your property it would've been a great heads up because i wouldn t have booked it. Also they over booked and for my colleague to not have to search for another accomodation i agreed we share the room, although no discount was offered only the option that he leaves.

Breakfast was wonderful, especially for 4.5 Euros. Room was suitable for budget hotel, quite clean and nice windows. Could have used some water glasses. Was quiet two out of three nights, but one night couple next door started screaming fight at one am and kept up loud talking until three am. Walls were thin. Was incredibly annoying.

All in, we appreciated our stay at this hotel. The staff were accommodating and eager to help. However, it was difficult to find. A map on the hotel's website detailing how to get there by car would be helpful.

Nice and well organized hotel. The lift is not very big, so you might want to use the stairs when you get down for breakfast.

Location is great, short walk from the train station. Dining and shopping options all around the hotel. The hotel building is old, the hallways and elevator are very cramped. Building has scaffolding all around.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent for the price. Room was clean, lift / elevator is small but only 1 flight up to main reception and we used the stairs without a problem. Close to the train station and a short walk to the waterfront and shopping areas, including restaurants.

Very clean and the location is great. Very near Brignole station. It is a bit tiny rooms for longer time but a couple if days is fine. I could hear the neighbours very thin walls so bring earplugs. We stayed just one night so it was suitable for us.

Perfect location ! 5 minute from the train station but in the heart of old town. So many restraunt options right outside. Staff was great and let me ship a package to reception. The room was great with a balcony, AC and a TV you could cast to. The room was cleaned very well with the bed sheets being changed and fresh towels. About a 20 minute walk yo the closest beach. Perfect stay and would stay again in a heartbeat !

Lovely neighborhood with everything just stone throw away from the hotel. Supermarket/cafes/ristorante, you are spoiled for various choices :D
Room offers a balcony view of the vibrant streets, it’s beautiful to watch locals getting ready for Xmas! Streets are all lit up with ornaments & festive lights; Meraviglioso!
Bed is so comfortable I had the best sleep in its duvet/comforter WOW!

Great location, wonderful staff going the extra mile to help and support customers, decent breakfast, comfortable bed, great price. The only negatives are the room size and the sliding door to the bathroom (limited noise cancellation).

No heat, dirty walls, 131 euros/night for nothing, even the breakfast was simple but the coffee was pretty good. High price for low quality services.

Location in newer part of town, just a few minute walk from the Brignole train station, and near many cafes and restaurants. Piazza de Ferrari is about 10min walk away.
Hotel not too fancy but covers the basics and is away from major traffic so fairly quiet. However, the walls are paper thin - it's literally like cardboard, unless you make noise yourself you can't avoid listening to neighbours' phone calls..
