Great location, easy check in and check out

It is located 5 min walk to the arena de verona. 20 min walk to bus and train station. Aldi right beside it so location was fantastic. Reception and communication via whatsapp and calling to reception was also fantastic.Now what I didn't like was the airconditioning didn't cool the room enough and was too noisy.

Property was nice and clean and spacious. Host was easy to communicate with and check in process was easy. Room was walking distance from all main attractions. Only issue was checkout and checkin times - check in was late at 4pm and checkout was early at 10am. By 10:30am I was getting texts threatening me with late charges which ruined the whole stay and I would likely not book with them again.

Walking into the apartment was a wonderful surprise it was so much better than the pictures. It was full of character.

Two distinct areas separated by a bathroom - for us it was a bedroom and distinct living space, but liveing space includes a pull out double bed. Location is excellent - 5 mins from Piaazza Bra & the Arena, 20 from Duomo and practically everything else in between.

This apartment was absolutely brilliant. The air con is ice cold, which was a godsend in the 38° heat! Waahing machine, full size fridge freezer, super comfy beds and almost slap bang in the middle of Verona. I would definitely recommend this place

Great and large apartment to stay in Verona. Not in the heart but quite close at 7 minutes walking. Apartment quite new, with good bath water pressure. There’s NO Coffee Machine available. Very good communication with owner by whatsapp

Fabulous position very central and easy walk to places in Verona. Really a studio apartment but big enough for two people, we stayed 5 nights. Only thing was no knives to cut bread or fruit and no tea towel. This is self check in make sure you go to the apartment and not the office as we did. Would stay again

Truly Verona is a beautiful, modern and clean apartment located in a perfect spot in Verona. It’s a 5-10 minutes walk from the arena and the main piazza where you catch the Hop On/Hop off bus, close to restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend! My only complaint is that the they supply very little essentials ( paper towels, toilet paper and coffee) and that we were not explained where to take the garbage out ( located outside the building and a few buildings away…inconvenient)

It was within an easy walking distance to the arena and we felt safe walking home late at night after the opera.

Excellent place to stay .i had requested one bedroom with 2 beds but when we arrived both beds were pushed together as one bed .I contacted Truly Verona and within 10 minutes 2 staff arrived with new bedding and separated bed into 2 singles. Excellent service.

Great property central location for exploring Verona.

The place is as described and pictured, 5-8 min walk to the coliseum, shopping, 15 min walk to Juliet's balcony great location and close to all. However, we were 4 people and only had towels for two, no tissues and we were left with no toilet paper and no instructions on how the washing machine worked, so this is why I only gave it 3 stars.

Spacious and chic apartments within 5 minutes walk of the famous Verona amphitheatre, yet quiet and safe. We rented two adjacent apartments, one bedroom each, and shared a private backyard patio with bistro tables to share a drink or snack at with our family. Concerned and sweet property contacts, asking to bring over extra bed covers, because it was raining the day of our arrival, and they wanted to ensure we would not be cold. Extra water bottles in the fridge. Easy check in, explained via YouTube video. Highly recommend.

Nice apartment. Terrible management. Apt is in a convenient area and is spacious. The rental management was terrible. The address number for the apt doesn’t exist on the street. In order to know which apt you rented, you had to watch the check in video to see what the door looked like and then find it in the street. When we reached out to the mgt team when we couldn’t find the address, we were told they don’t answer messages after 7 pm and they sent a canned response on What’s App with no helpful information. When we finally got in the apt, the first thing we found was a make up stained towel in the bathroom. Our bedspread also has dirt stations on it. Our recommendation is to stay away from Truly Verona properties. There are too many other attentive, professional management groups to rent from in Verona. Don’t waste your time or money on these people. We also helped another couple who were looking for their unit and were just as lost as we had been. A very helpful local man stopped to help us and he could not find the address either.

A clean and comfortable bijou apartment in an amazing spot. It made our 2 day stay in Verona easy and enjoyable. Truly Verona were very quick to reply to enquiries whilst organising our trip, the check in process was excellent. Thank you Truly Verona.

Great place. It had everything but coffee! There was a coffee machine, caps etc but no coffee!!!
