Warm and welcoming check in staff. Nice clean new hotel with plenty of parking - and spaced big enough for modern vehicles which is often a problem in French cities.
Towels were tiny and very scratchy. Shower head hose is designed in a way that means it never points where you want it.
Other than those very minor issues, a great stay.

The hotel was great, staff were very friendly, the room was clean and we really enjoyed our stay. The only problem was that it is a long way from the old city (approximately 4 km) and the bus service stops before 10pm at this stage of the season.

Disappointing in many ways for a hotel which is labelled Prestige.The tea & coffee tray was in reception so nothing in the room, which isn’t ideal when you want a drink when you wake up!The bar snack food is awful don’t bother ordering!It’s all frozen & my croque monsieur was stone cold on one side.My wife’s pizza was of the frozen type & tasteless.Either have a proper restaurant or don’t offer food.

Had to pay a deposit of 218 euros which we do not get returned until after we leave!!! Very poor. Never come across that at any hotel previously.

The staff is first class. They look after you, are helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable. The facilities make your stay perfect.

I have stayed at this property a number of times and have been very pleased with it. Comfortable modern property with very good rooms. Welcoming staff excellent breakfast buffet.
For the first time, despite having paid in full for the entire stay in advance my credit card was authorised for € 100 presumably as a damage deposit. I was then asked to sign an authority to allow them to charge €75 if I should smoke in the bedroom. We don't smoke and we always leave the room in perfect condition so I found this rather a negative policy.

The hotel was clean and functional with helpful staff and good on site parking. However, our bedroom was on the first floor next to the entrance and car park where visitors congregate to smoke and chat into the early hours of the morning. This was very disturbing girl our sleep. I suggest a simple notice be placed in this area saying no smoking and you provide a designated area away from the bedroom s. Thank you

Location is 2 miles from town, transport links poor. Swimming pool, men need trunks. Staff very good, food extortionate. In non glamorous area.

Great location for us with self parking on the lot. Very clean . Almost new. Personnel very friendly and helpful. Short drive to historic St . Malo old city with walls. Easy access from main highway leading into city. Would easily stay again. Lots of extras.. pool, spa, and fitness center.

The hotel is clean and modern. The reason for rating it medium is that it doesn’t have a refrigerator or coffee maker in room. It’s just a plain hotel room, and a bit pricey for that reason.

I had a quick stop over after transferring from the ferry to a train. The hotel was clean, comfortable and good value for money. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. There was a great selection of breakfast available and a lovely swimming pool, sauna and steam room.

I had a wonderful relaxing stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They allowed me to spend time in the swimming pool, steam room and sauna while waiting for the ferry even though I had checked out.
The breakfast was excellent in choice and quality. I will definitely stay again when I am taking the ferry.

Everything is good. The only question I had was checking in time. The receptionist told me to wait until 3pm to be check in. However, when I sat at the reception area at 2:30pm, the receptionist already checked in for 3 couples. I didn’t understand why she did that while I had waited until 2:50pm to be checking in.
