Good convenient stay near airport.

There are two Holiday Inn directly across from each other, oy. So, easy to confuse which is yours Luckily the other one has a nice little restaurant.

5 min to airport free shuttle. Comfortable room/bed and clean. Staff was helpful and pleasant

No frills hotel close to the airport and checks the box. Shuttles are convenient and staff is friendly. My only knock is that the showers don't come with conditioner (just shampoo) and the front desk's technology wasn't able to print a receipt during an early departure (reason for choosing this hotel) and I had to wait until 6am to confirm email receipt of the same (after I had already left).

Large well-appointed room, very comfortable mattress. It felt like I was in a palace! Very good value for money! Thank you. I will stay here again.

Good hotel to stay before catching a flight

Perfect place to stay if you get stranded at the airport and need a calm place to catch up on some sleep! Lovely breakfast, great & helpful staff. They even offer a free of charge shuttle from and back to the airport. Merci!

Clean room and bathroom. Timely shuttle. (though it was a bit harder than ideal to call from the airport, there is a phone booth in the terminal and an intercom-like system in the parking, but sometimes there was no answer) Still the shuttle arrived and the people were friendly and the hotel clean and comfortable.

Excellent Airport location before a flight, but if you have a 6 am flight, their free shuttle service can't be used because it starts at 5 am.

The room was unclean, dirty limen still in the beds. Dirty towels in the bathroom. No clearing at all.

Close to airport so convenient if arriving from overseas for a nap or on the way back home when dropping off the car. One thing to note: airport pickup via shuttle is unreliable, even when calling, it takes forever for them to come even though it is only 5 minutes away. It is not walkable to get to the hotel from the airport. Communication between reception and driver needs to be improved substantially! Staff could be more aware and pro-active.

Nice property and good rooms; we chose it since it’s vicinity to the airport and a navette to the airport is offered. Notwithstanding, the navette doesn’t work until 5:00 am so that should be advised and duly informed. We had to pay for a taxi.

I could never explain the agony of trying to find this place. A scorching hot day, walking up and down endless roads with a heavy bag and a suitcase, up and down the same roads, bus drivers who had never heard of the place, Greet Hotel telling me to ‘just walk along the road’, the same road I’d already walked down twice before. There’s not a soul to be seen at the station on a Sunday and although buses are regular none of them had heard of Holiday Inn Express. One hour later, I saw a man sitting in a black vehicle and assumed he was a taxi driver. In desperation I went and knocked on his window. I asked if he was a taxi driver and he said no and asked where I wanted to go. When I told him he pointed ahead and said ‘There it is. Just walk down there.’ That’s when I laid eyes on a flag. Please, please put up some signs next to the station to avoid this happening to someone else. People assume that being an airport station it will be very busy with lots of staff. It isn’t. It’s a very small station that’s deserted on a Sunday. Nothing but steep steps and miles and miles of roads that lead to absolutely nowhere.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Access to the bar and restaurant in the Holiday Inn across the road is very convenient. Reception staff were very helpful. Shuttle service from the airport and to the train station was very efficient.

The staff were excellent and very helpful The room was very clean and very quiet I would definitely stay again..

We did not know there was a Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express across the street from each other so I thought we were going to the holiday Inn with the pool but our "Express" did not have a pool. There was no shampoo in the shower, both were empty. Breakfast had penty good chioces but the eggs were very under cooked. There was no tv remote. The place was clean and comfortable Just OK place at decent price

Great dinner service. Wait staff was superb, our waiter was a fellow whose name began with the letter B (Brenton ?) and he was so accommodating !

Very comfy bed, good food at restaurant, quiet, and excellent transportation to CDG Airport. I enjoyed a very lovely stay. Thank you!

Pleasant airport hotel

Very comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. Free airport shuttle came quickly. Great shower and amenities. Small suggestion: Toilet seat and lid could be better. We would definitely recommend it.

If not for the way I was welcomed at my arrival by an incompetent lady who did not take the time to take names on arrival and made 20 people wait for more then 40 minutes room assignment. fortunrtly her shift finished and was replaced by a lovely young lady who took the time to help us. True checkin is at 3 pm but when you get there at 2:45 and you still have to wait until 3:30 pm to get a room....it is a problem

No WiFi in the room. We complained but it wasn’t fixed!

We understand safety, but wish the windows opened. Staff was great especially after our train was cancelled and they let us stay in the lobby for 4 hours until the next one. Great view of the port.
