Wonderful property, great location. Family owned business tucked away in the heart of Old Town. She was very attentive and helpful with any questions or needs. Would highly recommend!

Our host was amazingly accommodating! Perfect location inside Old Town and easy to find. The room had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. Really appreciated having coffee available in the room!

Positives: - The location was very good, right in the middle of Old Town. You could walk to everyting. - The soundproofing was amazing. The windows blocked outside noise completly, even though there was a busy street right outside the window. - The service was great, the staff (Or was it the owner? I am not sure. Her name was Romana.) was super helpful with everything! She helped us to find places to visit, routes to walk to different destinations, and even at the checkout she was uper helpful with showing us the route to the shuttle bus. The negative: - The room was a bit smaller than expected. It was a bit tight with the baggage.

Excellent check-in. Romana and Nikolina were really helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely abs we were grateful for an excellent air-con! Location was amazing - everything within easy walking distance.

Close to Pile Gate so not a long walk into the Old City (4 minutes) no steps except in Villa (32 steps to first floor) Ramona is an awesome host. She gives you good suggestions for food, sightseeing, and provides you a map with details. Highly recommend

Amazing place to stay. If we needed anything we could text Romana. She saved us at least 15€ on our airport transfers. Close to everything. Great wifi. Stong air-conditioning. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Villa Sigurata is a brilliant place to stay. It’s clean and comfortable, the service was brilliant and it is perfectly located. There is also an incredible Mexican restaurant right outside the door. I would definitely stay here again.

Romana is a wonderful host, so helpful and made our stay easy with great local tips, transfers and recommendations. Aircon was awesome and the rooms (we booked 4 for our family) were all super clean, very comfortable and good size. Great location on the flat section in Old Town so didn’t have to worry about steps through town as there are a lot! FYI: there are steps in the apartment building to each level. The in house laundry service was also handy and highly recommend. Romana and her team are fantastic and we highly recommend staying here.

We had a lovely time here. The room was very clean and stylish. It was excellently located right in the old city, convenient for all facilities there. At night it was easy to sleep. The property is in a perfect location inside the city walls. It is accessible without stairs to get to the property from the Pile gate. Other accommodations in town involve walking up lots of steps to get to the buildings. Romana arranged for an airport pickup and then met us to walk with us to the hotel. She also arranged help getting our bags upstairs to our room. She was very sweet and helpful! We would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely do it again if we were back in Dubrovnik.

Nikolina was a great host… Let us check in early,provided map and great tips and suggestions for sightseeing and dining options. The location couldn’t be better,2 min walk from Stradun and the waterfront and most important very few steps to the property. She also arranged R/T transfer from the airport with her husband Luca. Would definitely stay there again.

The accommodation is well kept, clean and the host Romana very welcoming and kind. Only downside is because of it being above restaurants, it can be noisy late night and early mornings when deliveries are made. This is perhaps to be expected anyway in the Old Town. Overall very centrally located near Stradun and I can recommend.

Romana was very welcoming and helpful. Gave great tips on where to eat and what to see in our three days. Very central location, clean, characterful, light and airy. Stairs no problem for us, but could be for those less mobile.

The room was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The host was lovely and offered lots of advice on places to visit and eat. She also arranged transport to and from the airport. Considering the room is in the centre of town it was very quiet due to shutters and double glazing. We had an incredible time and will most definitely return to Villa Sigurata II 😊

It's all true! Romana is a wonderful host that couldn't do enough for us. Friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable - everything you hope for as strangers in a new city. Our room was clean and modern, but cosy and quiet. In fact, with the windows and shutters closed you wouldn't have known about the hustle and bustle of the restaurants below. Yes, there are stairs and no elevator (unsurprisingly, given the old city location), but if you can't handle a few steps, Dubrovnik probably isn't for you. We opted for the airport transfers Romana supplies at 40 Euros each way. Well worth it and our driver was waiting with a sign when we arrived. Seamless transport both ways. It's a 3 minute walk from Pile Gate, where buses and cars drop off, into the old city to the hotel. Naturally, Romana met us at the gate and insisted in taking my wife's case. All in all, a perfect stay in a lovely room with the nicest host you could ask for. We're very grateful to you, Romana.
