I love the location and the proximity to the river.

This is a hidden gem. The room was nice and quiet, I couldn’t hear any traffic or the person in the room next to me. There were different pillow options and the shower was awesome. Nice little Irish pub attached

It was a very convenient location for appointments. The hotel was in the midst of a renovation, it was dated decor, but clean. The staff was exceptionally, very professional, kind and prompt when dealing with our room concerns.

Easy location staff was friendly and helpful adequate parking for pickup truck

Hotel is in a good location with access to everything needed.

Downtown location along the river offered a lovely afternoon walk. Very handy to be able to dine at the hotel as well. Delicious meal!

They charged me for parking

Construction going on and elevator service was limited, supposed to be between 10 am and 6 pm, but noise was happening above us Sunday around 8 am and Monday by 9 am. We find the toilet height to be too low for seniors. And, my wife caught her arm on the door catch on the bathroom door frame which cut her arm, in room 406, it sticks out about an inch too far. The hotel discounted the parking costs for the inconvenience, but I wonder if the problems have been addressed.

We had everything we needed here plus a beautiful view of the river.

We live in saskatoon and stay here a couple times a year just for a staycation. The comedy club downstairs is a great place to have a few laughs and the festivals and concerts downtown all summer make it convenient. The staff are excellent everything is clean and the location fabulous

The hotel has a beautiful river view. It was within walking distance from the event I attended.

Hotel staff was very friendly and eager to help. Meal at the hotel restaurant was excellent.

Great bed, nice restaurant

This is the second time we go and we are always happy with everything. Everything is close if u need to do some shopping or eat. Park it right in front of the property .

Pool is always warm and clean.. rooms are clean! Staff friendly! Could have microwaves!

great location friendly staff

Poop smell when we checked into the room. Lot of noise from air conditioning. I happen to stay 3 nights there was no replenishment of shampoo and coffee. Only good thing is the food in the restaurant and hotel front desk staff.

They are under construction, which is fine. They have signs advertised construction starts at 10am and concludes at 6pm. But they had the pool and hot tub shut down and they didn’t advertise that anywhere. We would have never booked had we known. Then at 8am the electricians were doing work 2inches from our heads on the other side of the wall. Pounding a hammer so loud right by our heads. Waking us both up. We booked as a staycation and it was the WORST. We have lots of kids and we were looking forward to sleeping in. Since we were up we checked out early. It was the worst staycation ever. The front desk offered us $20 measly dollars off our stay. That’s it. $200 down the drain for an absolute joke of a stay.

We booked here for location and it had a hot tub. I booked the room on August 3rd and received a text on August 10th saying the hot tub was down and had been since July 29th. This was extremely frustrating. We were also told they had underground parking but once we arrived it was also down for renovations. The elevator was also down. We booked a room with a city view and ended up with one facing that parking lot. The front desk staff were not friendly and simply seemed inconvenienced by guests.All in all it was terrible and I would not recommend staying here.

The elevators were wack, definitely something wrong with them. Room was clean, the restaurant was great, hot tub was out of service which was very disappointing

Our room had a nice view of the river, and the hotel is close to a playground and small amusement park, as well as a stroll along the river. The Ukrainian museum is right next door, and the Remai gallery just fifteen minutes away on foot. The room was a good size. Best of all, the price was reasonable.

Great Desk Service. Beautiful view of the river. A little sketchy at times around outside of hotel. Pool was open, but dated. Hot tub inoperable.

Main entrance was very congested, almost like entering a cave. Probably won’t be staying here again.

Very welcoming

I don't normally leave negative reviews but our stay wasn't great so wanted to share : Our first room had wet carpet from the air conditioning unit so we were "upgraded" to a deluxe queen or something like that. The room was exactly the same besides an extra end table, floor lamp, and awkwardly placed chair. With that being said, the staff were very lovely and handled the situation to the best of their ability. However, I couldn't help but have to clean our bathroom door in our new room as someone previous to us had wiped snot & boogers all over the back of the door which was absolutely disgusting. The pool & hot tub area were ok, the hot tub was a bit sludgy but that's to be expected I guess. However the gym which is attached to the pool area was very humid it was barely usable and the gym mats were so filthy they had to be cleaned twice and a towel put over top to use, as well there appeared to be black mold on the ceiling from all the humidity. besides the staff being great & the lovely riverside location, I can't say much for this place, it definitely needs some TLC.

Great front end staff!

Check in itself was fine. Parking outside and underground was available. The room was standard. We had to ask for towels and extra (paper) cups twice. And for a shower curtain. Not sure what happened but the bathroom was not fully cleaned and shower was missing the very important curtain. There was a restaurant in the hotel that we didn't go to and an Irish pub also attached so convenient for food. Not much else happening in that area so you did have to walk to get to anything else

Comedy club was there but wasnt open when we were there. Liked that there was security guard.
