The room was old. All the power switches were not working, so we removed TV switches to charge our devices. Bathtub was clogged. They can in and they cleared it. And then after shower, it was again clogged. All bath and electrical fittings were loose and were about to fall off.

I didn’t stay there due to the uncleanliness of the outside. Had to wait 30 minutes while she stood and talked outside with people. She was very unfriendly. I didn’t feel comfortable to stay there. It was not what was on Hotel.com. I booked this while still in NY.

The check in receptionist was blunt and rude, and demanded we pay our deposit in cash, which we luckily had on hand. Our room was infested with cockroaches. The bed linens were barely clean. The floor was dirty and we literally woke up with roaches on us. Disgusting.

The room was filthy full of roaches, the sheets and pillow cases were stained yellow and brown and had black curly hair on them! I went to attendant and demanded a refund he said he could not give me one he didn’t know how and everyone was sleeping!!! He agreed with me the place was horrible….he took me to 3 different rooms all of them were in same the condition. My wife and I had no choice 11:30pm to find another room especially when we were not getting a refund. They ask for a CASH deposit with no receipt given, very suspicious! Prostitution and drug dealing going on all out long on parking lot with no one stopping it. I’m the A.M. going to get my refund and $50 deposit back I spoke to management and she said “ I’ll notate the issues” That’s It!!!!!

The sheets had stains on them. They had very small tvs in the room. Dirty towels. Smell of marijuana all around the hotel and in the rooms.

They had cockroaches. The last day that I stayed there I came back from work and there was dead ants all over the floor like they sprayed raid on them and never cleaned them up. I reviewed multiple spider bits in my sleep and one staff member in particular was extremely nasty to deal with. She called the police and tried to have me trespassed when I was packing up my things to leave, then after I left I called because I left my hot plate and I needed it to make dinner. She proceeded to call the cops a second time where they came to my me hotel and threatened to arrest me. I took a video of the dead bugs on the floor and my spider bites and will be contacting a lawyer to pursue the matter any and every way I legally can
