Nothing at all!

Roaches, bed bugs, TV ripped off wall, wires gone, , no telephone, very dirty, greasy floor, torn and burned sheets, neighbor vomiting on my doorstep, no trash cans in or out, everybody plus staff like zombies, door lock broken away from do it, so dirty afraid to use shower, breakfast ate a sign said no breakfast, broken light fixtures

Location fantastic for Everglades, and Miami International Airport

Less cockroaches in the rooms. Linen could be cleaned after use by other clients. Same for towels.

It's a good stay if you are on the road and looking for just a place to sleep. Nothing special.

There is no light that works in my room. Have to go to office and ask for towels. No housekeeping but getting charged for it. No microwave

No microwave, no lights in room, no housekeeping, took 3 days to fix remote for T.V.

My TV remote didn't work right. Volume stuck. Extremely loud. Reported it at 9am on 2nd day And at 530pm still not fixed. Very uncomfortable with the sound blasting

location, parking are convenience , easy access ,swimming pool. and wifi

The rooms are not clean, smell ,and towel provided was not clean, and has a lot of stain marks. TV wasn't working.

It wasn't cleaned and it had so many roaches and all the sheets had nasty stains I bought my own

What breakfast? Lol I liked checking out and being on my way!

Room had dirty ripped up carpet, no towels or wash cloth in room, went to office to get some and they were dingy and very small and thin towels. No soap, no shampoo, no ice bucket. Bathroom was dirty had bugs in the floor. Police were called out to the room down from us not five minutes after we checked in. Oh and they have a window you check in at you can’t go inside the office.

Nothing. The staff were rude and short and the room was in terrible condition.

Me and my girlfriend were mortified stepping into the room as the sheets were dirty, the room had a nasty smell, the bathroom was gross and the staff were rude.

Breakfast? What breakfast?

The a/c was too hot or too cold, The floor was in clean there was unfinished paneling in the room and they didn’t have any cable.

The air conditioning was not that cold wasn't working right the towels were stained black the bathroom had a smell I would like and if it's possible a refund my money back
