Good location as a gateway to the Everglades. Ideal for an overnight stopover

It was basic but a couple of things, the door didn’t really shut properly and the aircon kept going on and off periodically and was super noisy. We had earplugs so was ok but without it would have disrupted sleep.

L’emplacement pour le sud des Everglades. Le cadre est plutôt joli (palmiers, piscine,…). La chambre est ok malgré beaucoup de choses à revoir.

Le ménage n’était pas bien fait dans notre chambre (poils dans la douche, sol poisseux,…). De plus, la chambre sent ÉNORMÉMENT l’humidité et pas que la notre, car toutes les autres chambres étaient aérées comme nous avons du le faire (porte et fenêtre grandes ouvertes). Les lits sont étroits comparé à ce que vous trouvez généralement aux USA. Le point noir est quand même le petit déjeuner. Pas assez de tables pour le nombre de personnes accueillies, chaque matin nous devions partager notre table avec des inconnus. Il y a tellement de monde que pendant nos 3 jours nous avons fait la queue 20min pour faire des gaufres et 15min pour faire griller 2 tartines de pain. Et si vous voulez éviter la queue pour ces deux choses, je ne sais pas ce que vous pouvez manger d’autre car le choix est TRÈS limité notamment pour le salé (il n’y avait que des œufs durs à disposition (sans aucune sauce), et pas très bon en plus). Bref un peu déçue.

Very good motel, well-located as a base for visiting Everglades/Keys/South Miami, quiet although situated close to the main street. It has clean, comfortable rooms with comfortable beds, nice swimming pool open until dusk.

Typical unhealthy American breakfast, with no fruits or vegetables, no meat nor cheese.

Het personeel bij de receptie. Zeer vriendelijk! We kregen allerlei tips en goede adviezen. Mijnheer liep zelfs met ons mee naar de dichtstbijzijnde bushalte. Top!

Vrij veel herrie van het verkeer. De verlichting in de kamer had íets sfeervoller gekund.

The room is clean and the area was quiet. We didn’t really have any complaints. The quality was comparable based on the price. If we return to that area, we would stay there again.

We came in late at night, and it took a while for the attendant to come to the window other than that no major complaints. If needed, we would stay there again.

We only used it for sleeping over night and for that purpose it was great! Everything was clean and the daily room service was great! Got new towels everyday.

Breakfast was very easy but I think for that price you can’t complain. The AC turned on and off every 5-10min which was annoying cause it was very noisy. We had to turn it off over night which heated up the room

The room was really big, beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was okay, a few different options but not enough seating for everyone and no seating inside.

Booking had accidentally made a double booking and it took us forever to get a resolution of the issue. The hotel had seemed helpful at first but then in-between them and booking there were many issues and they each blamed one another for not refunding us the money. Before leaving the hotel we ultimately had to get booking on my personal phone (a third time at this point) and stand next to them while they talked to make sure it got resolved - the hotel was saying it wasn't their fault and booking was saying they needed confirmation of the hotel, etc. The staff was really nice BUT the manager spoke in Spanish to the receptionist and was unaware that my friend and I understand the language. So, he didn't know we would hear him saying "Just leave them it's not our problem" and more. He was super rude in general to us even though we were just kindly requesting assistance. Additionally, the hotel send someone to our room late a night the second night saying there was an issue with the fire alarm even though it was not even going off at all. The same thing happened the next morning AGAIN, we were still sleeping when someone knocked on the door requesting to come in. There was no sign of the fire alarm even remotely making any sounds.

Everything was great it looks as advertised is very quiet at night the property is well lit up and someone from maintenance is always out walking around or ride on a golf cart making sure things are safe

The water pressure in the shower is low. Outside of that I have no problem
