An OK Hotel for a 1 or 2 nights.

I did not receive any VIP amenities check-in is OK. Location is OK and in the restaurant the weight staff needs total training.

I didn’t receive any upgrades and I suggested to this hotel and so I put a little pool in like that it would be nicer to have a Jacuzzi and very traditional in rooms today there’s refrigerators no refrigerator not even a store to buy waters. There’s one little vending machine, which is not very good. The restaurant and breakfast is very nice.

Very nice property and the price is very reasonable The staff was excellent and the food was good Perhaps more efficient elevators and keeping the climate a bit more comfortable would make the place even better All the interaction with the staff was excellent, special mention to the front office and restaurant

The air conditioning did not work woke in a bed of sweat and felt like i wanted to just leave.

I choose to stay in this hotel because is close to the Tower capital and integral Dental Baena. The hotel is very clean, the buffet have a lot of good food ,they have a video game zone, pool table, gym and pool. I really recommend this hotel is a safe place to stay.

It is a nice place, locations is convenient, you have mall and supermarkets very near. Room space is good enough. staff is very friendly and the breakfast is good as weel.

Really great service, and clean hotel!

Great location walking distance to the mall and right off the highway. Great service and love that they left only the pillow I picked on the bed. The only thing that has room for improvement is breakfast. It starts at 6:30 am but it is not ready until 7:00. I provided feedback 2 days and all 5 days were the same. Hotel offers box lunch to go if you need it because you can't wait.

Excellent value for money, very well located, 5 minutes from Antea shopping mall. The decor is very strange with cartoons all over and the beds and pillows could be better.

I have stayed in this hotel before. The service is excellent but the breakfast buffet is not. Before I usually asked fro a omelette and they make it free of charge. Now they charged me for the same thing I ordered before with no charge at all... I even asked why if they haven´t done that before, and now it seems they changed the rules, without notification. Now I have to pay for a decent breakfast when it supposed to be included.

Perfect price quality ratio. Although a very economical hotel, even the breakfast was very good (which in my opinion is not often the case in these price-range hotels.

The room was very small but had everything required for sleeping. No microwave or refrigerator. During a breakfast the manager, Blanca Arreola, came up to my family and demanded payment for another adult breakfast for my 14 year old daugher. I. Not sure if this is a hotels.com ossue or the hotel but when i booked the stay i stated my child's age. I ended up emberrased because i was asked for payment infront of other hotel guests and ofcojrse i went to pay for the aditiinal 4 breakfasts for my adult looking child. On thursday the 22nd thefe was a leak on the roof where the pool was. I was walkkng to the basement when the roof partially collapsed. Alittle scary. I needed to change hotels for thr 24th because I prefered tl stay closer to the airport the manager, Blanca Arreola, same person who charged me for my daughters breakfast authorized the early checkout and was very friendly to provide the early check out.

We had a nice stay. They have a good Hygiene protocol. Staff is really helpful.

The location is very convinent, there is a shopping Mall near by. The staff and the waiter are very kind and we offer a high quality service. The breakfast is delicious. But there is a deficient， the sounds is not good.
