Brilliant hotel that just lacks a few details to get five stars from us, like mobile charging by the bedside table, and dedicated reading lights on each side of the bed. In addition, some of the furniture was a bit worn, and carpeting is not the best in hotel rooms.
Otherwise, everything was great, with fantastic service all the way. Kudos to all employees. Relatively simple breakfast, but what they have is very good, and a separate chef who makes pancakes, omelettes, scrambled eggs and more to order. Our room was spacious with a small living room, and well insulated against noise.
The best thing about the hotel is the location. You can't live more centrally, and if you like to walk, it's a reasonable distance to both shopping, museums, and other sights.
Tip: Visit the tourist office located in the castle directly behind the hotel and buy a tourist card. It lasts for three days and gives many good discounts, both on eateries and sights. In addition, you can use free public transport for free.

The staff was super friendly to us and also our dog. Excellent English skills. Our room was big, very clean with modern bathroom and comfortable bed. Great breakfest buffet with live cooking (pancakes, omelette, eggs etc.) We can warmly recommend the hotel!

This is by far my favorite hotel in Szczecin. Small, but professional and with fantastic service - every time and from every employee. Add to that spacious and comfortable rooms and this is a sure winner.

The front desk was a very nice and friendly. The hotel had a very modern and beautiful atmosphere. The rooms are very clean and warm at the winter time. Food are delicious, what was most important to us, that we could take our lovely dog with us. I recommend highly this place. Thank you so much. Dana and Rob from Canada

My brother and I stayed 1 night in this hotel on our way back from Gdansk. Had a very nice stay with some very friendly staff. Also got an upgrade to a nice suite so had plenty of space in the room. The hotel is in an ideal location just within a few minutes walk down to lots of cafes and restaurants. It is also just located around the corner from the touristy walk you can follow around the city to see all the highlights. There was limited parking space but we got a space in the courtyard so the car was well protected from the street traffic.

Very nice and helpful staff. Room quite large, clean and beyond the hotel standard, equipped with a kettle for making tea/coffe. What was verry nice. Breakfasts very good and parking available free of charge for guests. I am very happy that I chose this Hotel and I recommend it to all visitors :)

This hotel is in a wonderful location. Our room was large, well laid out and the bathroom was a good size. They referred us to a restaurant that brewed it's own beer and we had a wonderful meal. The breakfast buffet was very good. I would stay her again if traveling through the area.

A very modern, comfortable and well-situated boutique hotel. The rooms are huge, the bathrooms are fantastic. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and the included breakfast is more than awesome. The location is close to the river and in the up-and-coming New Rynek, which is full of great dining options, bars and coffee shops. Close to all attractions. We will be back!

Hotel Zamek is overlooked by a historic castle in the heart of Szczecin's old town walking distance to the Odra River port, all the sites and eateries. Sensational place to stay in and all the hotel staff were fantastic. Wil stay there again.

I had a wonderful time at Hotel Zamek Centrum while visiting Szczecin. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room and surroundings impeccable and the food excellent. The level of service went above and beyond my expectations. It could not have been better. I will return!
