This property is stunning!! In a perfect location and the staff is amazing!!

Staff made it 11/10. Place was perfect but the friendly staff were always willing to go above and beyond! Thank you, hopefully we can all meet again. Pool about 2 degrees too cold, not a big deal.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. The experience far exceeded our expectations. It was our first stop on our honeymoon and we are so glad it was. It set the standard for relaxation and romance. The sunset views from our private pool were magnificent. We never had to leave our room to watch the most spectacular sunset of our lives. The breakfast in the morning was abundant and over the top. Served right in our balcony. You won't feel the need to leave your room with all of the amenities, comforts and beauty offered here at charisma. They make very thing easy. Charisma is everything you are looking for in the Santorini experience.

This property was magical. The room, the personal patios and personal pools, the Infiniti pools, the views were all just spectacular. I wish I had 3 more days here. The porters climbing the stairs with 4 bags of luggage were inspiring. The rooms were comfortable. The surroundings were beyond belief. The pool for all was phenomenal. The breakfast buffet delivered to my perfect patio was unbelievable. This was an A experience.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and stayed for 4 nights. The property and rooms are beautiful. One thing I wish we were aware of is that the property is split into an upper and lower portion (not connected). The upper portion is close to reception and has less stairs. The lower portion has more stairs; however, has a majority of the rooms as well as the pools, bar and restaurant. For us, we were here to relax and did not have a plunge pool or jacuzzi on our patio so we wanted to be closer to the pools and hotel amenities. We were initially placed in a room in the upper portion but were able to relocate for the last 3 nights of our stay to the lower portion. We loved our second room as it was closer to the hotel’s amenities and we truly enjoyed spending the day at the pool, which was very private and wasn’t busy. The views from the hotel are outstanding, breakfasts were delicious and the staff was incredible. It is also walking distance to all that Oia has to offer and we got to see the sunset right from the hotel. We will definitely be back and ensure to request a room in the lower portion as this is what we enjoy on our vacations!

It is hard to fully describe the excellence this hotel deserves but I will try. Beginning from the transportation the property arranged for us at the ferry, Antonis our driver, was so welcoming and cordial. He has worked here for over 25 years and gave us an excellent guide of the island. When we arrived at the hotel, the reception desk could not have been any kinder to us. Emily and Artemis were hosts who always made us feel like home when we would see them. Santo was the person who helped us with over 150 Pounds of luggage on his back to the room. Oh and the room…WOW!! It was breathtakingly beautiful and comfortable. Housekeeping made sure to refill our beverages and once we left sunglasses behind and she left an eyeglass cloth. The hotel’s facilities and amenities are out of this world outstanding. There was not one thing that I did not like. Even the steps. Yes it was a workout to be sure. But it made you feel that you worked hard and earned the slice of paradise this hotel delivers. We stayed in the honeymoon suite with the hot tub which was more like the size of a small pool. It was a perfect size and overlooked the caldera and view of the sunset. The pool in the property was equally as amazing and service was spectacular. The Greek salad that I had was the best one I’ve had in Greece so far. The location was central to Oía shops and restaurants with beautiful pathways. I didn’t even find the need to wander off to different parts of the island. Thank you Charisma!

Charisma Suites is an incredible hotel located in Oia with amazing views of the sunset over the caldera !! The staff and service here at top notch / A++!! Amazing complimentary greek breakfast every morning with breath taking views of the caldera. Private transfer to and from hotel in a beautiful grey jaguar automobile. Could not be more happy with my stay!

The property is simply in a stunning location in Oia. Super convenient to get to all the major areas of the village. Architecture is perfectly suited for the Calderas. Our room was right by the windmill which only enhanced the charm of the hotel. The view from the terrace/patio is out of this world. The staffs were very courteous. The restaurant in the pool area has some really good dishes (try their fried potatoes and you will thank me later). Overall, a very memorable stay in one of the most enchanting areas of the world.

Great stay in a great hotel. We felt it was the perfect location in oia, as it is past the castle you seem to get less tourists around and it is quiet. Our room was super comfortable and the hot tub very relaxing. All the staff went above and beyond.

An absolutely outstanding hotel that tops all resorts or villas from around the world. From the moment of pick-up from the airport to the second we left, you feel the thoughtfulness, luxury and superiority. Location of the hotel is unbeatable, close to the carpark area and next to the center of Oia. The view is gorgeous, though that’s not unique as most resorts on Santorini enjoy the view, it’s the design, the vibe and the quietness that Charisma offers really differentiate. Food: 5/5 1. Welcome drink at reception- fresh & cold lime drink 2. Welcome drink fruit platter - nice white wine and fruit platter kept in two glass jars for freshness and flexible time to enjoy 3. Breakfast at own balcony - luxury varieties, rich portion, high quality and fresh. Room & Amenities: 5/5 1. Very spacious clean room 2. Bath area with nice take away Bvlgari amenities, and shower area with high quality Apivita 3. Bed - very comfy 4. Air-conditioning- easy and well control. As it’s a cave room, naturally comes with coolness Staff: 5/5 Very friendly, considerate and cheerful Experience: 5 /5 Well worth the money! For sure will stay at Charisma at my next visits.

My best experience of my life!! Waking up to the best view in the world was just an amazing experience. Staff was really helpful and amazing. They were always available when you need them. Food and restaurant location was just amazing. Morning breakfast delivered to porch outside your room and used to have it gazing at the amazing view was out of world!! If I had the luxury, I would visit this place every year!!

We booked the honeymoon suite with outdoor jetted tub and it was absolutely amazing! This was our first luxury type of splurge so we weren't prepared for the level of service that comes with it, all the staff ready to serve you with anything you need. It was nice to be taken care of. Also THE VIEW! The privacy we enjoyed while watching sunset over the caldera either from our balcony or the pool areas was extraordinary. We saw the crowds of people at the castle and even on the public part of the resort property and were thankful we didn't have to endure that.

Our stay at Charisma Suites was fantastic! We had views of the sunset every evening from our patio. We also had a cave pool which was amazing. The staff were so friendly and attended to all of our needs. I would highly recommend staying there for the convenience of seeing the sunset, having great food options and a peaceful, quiet environment (away from all of the tourists!)

The hotel was fabulous. The rooms were spotless and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Always plenty of beds available at pools. Nicely located at the edge of the hustle and bustle but within a short walk albeit a lot of stairs!

We had an exceptional customer experience, the hotel have a dedicated staff team that take care of us from arrival to departure, my gratitude for make our time im Santorini exceptional beyond our expectations.

Hands down this hotel is AMAZING! The staff was accommodating and friendly. They went above and beyond when my husband and I almost got stuck in another island but they made it happen for us! The views, food, service is something you need to experience to appreciate the review and believe it. My first time in Greece and I know where we will be staying ! The view of the property is absolutely beautiful. All staff are helpful and nice. The one comment is that if they can add some new communication app contact (e.g. whatsapp) to communicate before and during the stay will be much better.

Exceptional facilities, great location and friendly staff. The breakfast however was later than scheduled. Not a big deal for most of our stay. However, on our last day, we scheduled early departure breakfast and luggage pick up at 5:45pm. After 5:55 am we decided to leave without breakfast and carry our own luggage. Other than that, our experience was great!

Charisma suites is the place to go if looking to stay in Oia. While it is separated a bit from the main city area, you are a quick 5 minute walk to all shopping points and main points of interest (churches/ castle/ dining/ ect). It almost was preferred between my wife and I as we could experiance Oia and separate from the commotion as the sun begins to set and the town packs up with tourists/ cruise liner members. The view of the sunset from our private patio was the best view we have seen on Santorini. Staff members were increadibly polite and professional. Though pricey- it all was well worth it.

The hotel staff were friendly an very helpful. If anything was needed, they were prompt in delivering. They even set me up with a wonderful tour guide named Ted for a private vineyard excursion. The food at the property was excellent. This is the best hotel for sunset views in Oia.

The most beautiful resort we stayed at. Room was immaculate and the staff was excellent. Very close to shops and restaurants but far enough for seclusion.

Best place in the world

We absolutely loved our stay at Charisma Suites. It was the perfect location in Oia away from the crowds and you had more privacy than in other areas of Oia because it was at the end. Our room was upgraded and it was perfect with our own sitting area and hot tub. Never figured out how to turn it on though. The views are incredible!! Breakfast was delivered to your room each morning based on your selections. The ONLY downside was we were at the bottom of the property and had to climb several flights of stairs to go anywhere. It was a little brutal but we did it. Highly recommend.
